Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found changing clothes in a third floor men's restroom. The subject was asked if UT police had ever stopped him before. At this time he handed the officer a copy of a written criminal trespass warning that had been issued to him approximately two weeks before for being in the same building.
Gregory Gymnasium, 2101 Speedway
Occurred on 4-29-03 between 4:50 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.
Theft: A black vinyl Gap messenger bag was stolen from a possibly unsecured locker that was located in a first floor women's locker room. The bag contained a Nokia cellular telephone, car key, orange three-ring binder and a yellow leather Wilson's wallet. Wallet contained assorted credit and identification cards. Loss value: $185.00.

Occurred on 4-29-03 at 7:00 p.m.
Failure to Identify / Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found in a third floor men's locker room that was reserved for faculty, staff and Recreational Sport's members. Subject initially stated that he was a faculty member and gave UT police a false name. Subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.
Union Building, #4 West Mall
Occurred on 4-29-03 between 7:00 p.m. and 8:45 p.m.
Graffiti: A black felt marker was used to write anti-war remarks on a wall in a second floor men's restroom. Removal cost: $50.00.
