Brazos Garage, 210 East Martin Luther King Blvd.

Occurred on 5-8-03 between 2:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.

Burglary of Motor Vehicle: The owner of a blue 2000 Pontiac returned to his car that was parked on the southeast corner of level five and when he used his keyless entry button, the security system on the car indicated that the alarm had been activated. A wedge shaped piece of wood was found inside the vehicle on the right side. A Valentine radar detector had been stolen from the vehicle. Loss value: $200.00.

Beauford H. Jester Center West, 201 East 21st Street

Occurred on 5-9-03 at 3:30 a.m.

Consumption of Alcohol By Minor: Two unidentified subjects were seen "assisting" a UT student under the age of twenty-one through the lobby. Subjects refused to identified themselves and then proceeded to take the student to his first floor dormitory room. The unknown subjects had left the area prior to the arrival of UT police. The UT student was found in his dormitory room unconscious due to alcohol poisoning. Subject was transported to the hospital by emergency medical services.

Peter T. Flawn Academic Center, #2 West Mall

Occurred on 5-8-03 at 7:45 a.m.

Assist an Outside Agency: A non-UT subject created a disturbance when he began gesturing and, in a very loud voice, began using profanity toward a computer in a first floor computer laboratory. Subject then began using profanity toward people around him. Subject was found to have an outstanding outside agency arrest warrant for failure to identify.

Peter T. Flawn Academic Center, #2 West Mall

Occurred on 5-8-03 between 9:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.

Theft: A black leather wallet was stolen from a rear pant's pocket of a subject who was asleep on a third floor couch. The wallet contained $450.00 cash, assorted credit cards and identification cards. Loss value: $460.00.

Union Building, #4 West Mall

Occurred on 4-9-03 between 12 noon and 12:30 p.m.

Theft: A pair of black "BCBG" sunglasses were stolen when they were left on a countertop in a first floor women's restroom. Loss value: $30.00.

23rd Street and San Jacinto Blvd.

Occurred on 5-8-03 at 8:44 a.m.

Assist an Outside Agency: A UT student, who was known to have an outstanding outside agency arrest warrant for felony theft, was stopped while operating a motor vehicle.
