Occurred on 6-11-03 at 12:50 a.m.
Public Intoxication: A non-UT subject was found on the north side of the building, sitting inside a motor vehicle, attempting to drive away even though the engine was off. When the subject exited the vehicle, he needed the assistance of a light pole to stand up. The subject was under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was a physical endangerment to himself.

Occurred on 6-9-03 between 11:20 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.
Theft: A textbook entitled "Introduction to Computing" was stolen from a study table in the 2nd floor library when it was left unattended for 10 minutes. Loss value: $60.00.
Goldsmith Hall, #5 West Mall
Occurred on 6-10-03 at 5:05 p.m.
Criminal Trespass (2 counts): Two non-UT subjects were playing music and dancing for tips on the north side of the building, a violation of the UT Regent's Rules and Regulations regarding solicitation. Both subjects were issued written criminal trespass warnings.

Occurred on 6-10-03 at 4:05 p.m.
Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found in a 10th floor area that is reserved for faculty, staff and students. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found in a 9th floor room that is reserved for faculty, staff and students. The subject had previously been issued a written criminal trespass warning.
Parking Lot 40, 2400 Red River
Occurred on 6-9-03 between 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Burglary of Motor Vehicle: The left front plastic window of a white 1999 Jeep Wrangler Sport was cut while it was parked in the northwest corner of the lot. The vehicle's registration sticker was stolen. Loss value: $25.00.
Parking Lot 112, Manor Road and Comal Street
Occurred between 6-9-03 at 5:00 p.m. and 6-10-03 at 7:00 a.m.
Burglary of Motor Vehicle: The vehicle registration stickers on two white 2002 Dodge Caravans were damaged when someone attempted to peel them from the windshields. A third vehicle's registration sticker was stolen out of a white 1998 Chevrolet Astro Van. All three vehicles had been left unlocked. Loss value: $25.00.
