Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found in a 1st floor room that is reserved for faculty, staff and students. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

L. Theo Bellmont Hall, 2109 San Jacinto Blvd.

Occurred on 7-14-03 at 9:20 p.m.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found in a 3rd floor room that is reserved for faculty, staff and students. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

San Jacinto Residence Hall, 309 East 21st Street

Incident occurred on 7-14-03 at 1:50 p.m.

Terroristic Threat: A non-UT subject, who is the father of a UT student, had threatened to come to Austin and shoot his daughter after he discovered she was dating someone. On 7-14-03 at 1:50 pm, the father was found arguing with his daughter inside her 5th floor north tower dormitory room.

Walter Webb Hall, 2500 Guadalupe

Occurred between 7-13-03 at 7:30 a.m. and 7-14-03 at 10:00 a.m.

Graffiti: A silver permanent marker was used to draw designs in two locations on the east exterior wall. Removal cost: $50.00.
