Intercollegiate Rowing Boathouse, 300 Hearn

Discovered on 7-20-03 at 4:30 p.m.

Graffiti: A black felt marker was used to write a name on the northeast entrance gate. Removal cost: $75.00.

Lee and Joe Jamail Texas Swimming Center, 1900 Red River

Occurred on 7-17-03 between 12 noon and 8:00 p.m.

Theft: $30.00 cash was stolen from a bag that was left on the bleachers at the south end of the swimming pool. An unidentified subject was seen standing in the area for about 20 minutes. Subject was not a coach and did not talk to anyone. Subject's general description matches suspect being sought in other thefts that occurred two days prior. Subject was described as a white male, approximately 40 years of age, bald, 6', 200 lbs. Subject was last seen wearing a t-shirt, blue shorts and a baseball cap.

Union Building, #4 West Mall

Occurred on 7-18-03 at 4:45 p.m.

Criminal Trespass: Two non-UT subjects were found in the 3rd floor loggia that is reserved for students, faculty and staff. Both subjects were issued written criminal trespass warnings.

Union Building, #4 West Mall

Occurred on 7-19-03 at 8:45 p.m.

Criminal Trespass: Building staff found an uninvited non-UT subject inside the ballroom during a wedding reception. Subject was asked to leave. Subject was later found outside the ballroom in the 3rd floor loggia talking to some children. Subject had offered the children money if they would go with him and let him take photographs of them jumping down stairs. Subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

Occurred on 7-19-03 between 7:00 p.m. and 9:15 p.m.

Graffiti: An initial was scratched on the right side of a mirrored logo display that belonged to a food vendor on the second floor. Repair cost: $100.00.
