Ashbell Smith Hall, 201 West 7th Street

Occurred on 8-30-03 at 6:05 p.m.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found sleeping on the west side of the building. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

Brackenridge Apartments, 3364 Lake Austin Blvd.

Occurred on 8-29-03 at 5:15 p.m.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was causing a disturbance by throwing rocks at the apartment building and "setting off" a fire extinguisher. The subject had previously been issued a written criminal trespass warning.

Brazos Garage, 210 East Martin Luther King Blvd.

Discovered on 9-1-03 at 12:20 a.m.

Criminal Mischief: Blue, pink and green chalk was used to write numbers and words on a wall on the 2nd level. Removal cost: $20.00.

Clark Field, 300 East 21st Street

Occurred on 9-1-03 between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Theft: A wallet containing a driver's license, a Visa check-card and $95.00 was stolen when it was left with other personal property on the field as the owner played frisbee with friends. Loss value: $96.00.

Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium, 405 East 23rd Street

Occurred on 8-31-03 at approximately 6:50 p.m.

Assault: An unidentified subject slapped an usher across the face when the usher told the subject her ticket was for a different section in the stadium. The subject is described as a white female, in her early 20's, 5'5" tall, 115 pounds, medium length blonde hair with highlights, wearing an orange tank top with white trim and beige shorts.

Occurred on 8-31-03 at 6:05 p.m.

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor / Public Intoxication: A UT student who was under the age of 21, was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was a physical endangerment to himself.

Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium, 405 East 23rd Street

Occurred on 8-31-03 between 7:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.

Theft: A brown leather purse containing various identification cards, credit cards, checks, and two cellular telephones was stolen from under a bench in section 19 while the owner stood by the bench during the Texas vs. New Mexico State University football game. Loss value: $105.00.

Experimental Science Building, 100 East 24th Street

Occurred between 8-27-03 at 8:00 p.m. and 8-31-03 at 5:34 p.m.

Graffiti: Red and tan paint was used to write letters and draw a symbol in three locations on the northeast side of the building. Removal cost: $150.00.

2200 Inner Campus Drive

Occurred on 8-31-03 at 3:10 a.m.

Public Intoxication: A non-UT subject was found lying facedown in the roadway. The subject was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was a physical endangerment to himself.

Beauford H. Jester Center West, 201 East 21st Street

Occurred on 9-1-03 between 4:25 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.

Theft: $100.00 was stolen from a secured 4th floor dormitory room while it was left on a desktop. During the time of the theft, two magazine subscription vendors were invited into the dormitory room to sell magazine subscriptions. Three hours after the vendors left the dormitory room, the money was discovered missing. The magazine vendors are described as white females, approximately 22 years old, both approximately 5'7" tall and 130 pounds, one had blonde hair, blue eyes and the other has brown hair and brown eyes.

Kinsolving Dormitory, 2605 Whitis Avenue

Occurred on 8-30-03 at 7:31 p.m.

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor / Terroristic Threat: A UT student, who was under the age of 21, locked herself in a 2nd floor dormitory room that was not assigned to her. The student was found to have consumed an alcoholic beverage. The student made several threatening statements to the officers during the interview.

Parking Lot 104, 1900 North IH-35

Occurred between 8-24-03 at 7:00p.m. and 8-29-03 at 6:00 p.m.

Burglary of Motor Vehicle: A rear plastic window to a red 2001 Jeep Wrangler was unzipped. A black Pioneer AM / FM / CD stereo was stolen from the vehicle. Loss value: $125.00.

Pharmacy Building, 2409 University

Occurred between 8-28-03 at 1:30 a.m. and 8-29-03 at 7:00 a.m.

Graffiti: Red and tan paint was used to write words and make drawings on a wall and a chalkboard inside an unsecured 2nd floor classroom. Removal cost: $75.00.

Sarah M. and Charles E. Seay Building, 108 East Dean Keeton

Occurred between 8-26-03 at 4:00 p.m. and 8-29-03 at 11:30 a.m.

Theft: A gray Dell model 1702 flat-screen computer monitor was stolen from a secured 2nd floor office. Loss value: $350.00.

1900 Speedway

Occurred on 8-29-03 between 5:00 p.m. and 5:15 p.m.

Burglary of Motor Vehicle: The left front window was broken out of a gold 1988 Toyota Camry. The plastic stereo housing was broken from the vehicle and an AM / FM / CD stereo was stolen from the vehicle. Repair cost: $275.00. Loss value: $125.00.

Union Building, #4 West Mall

Occurred on 9-1-03 between 11:20 p.m. and 11:59 p.m.

Theft: A key was stolen when it was left on a countertop in the unsecured 2nd floor lobby. Loss value: $2.00.

Walter Webb Hall, 2500 Guadalupe

Discovered on 8-31-03 at 7:25 a.m.

Graffiti: Black spray paint was used to write words on the sides of two University of Texas vehicles that were parked in the garage. Repair cost: $600.00.

Whitaker Fields, 51st Street and Guadalupe

Occurred on 8-29-03 at 7:15 a.m.

Criminal Trespass / Forgery: A non-UT subject was found sleeping on the north side of the property. The subject was in possession of a fictitious social security card. In addition to other law enforcement action taken, the subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

400 East 23rd Street

Occurred on 8-31-03 at 6:40 p.m. and 6:50 p.m.

Public Intoxication: A non-UT subject was reported to have punched a parked vehicle's side mirror prior to falling in the middle of the roadway. The subject was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was a physical endangerment to himself.

100 East 24th Street

Occurred on 8-31-03 at 2:36 a.m.

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor: A UT student, who was under the age of 21, was stopped after being reported as an intoxicated subject. The student was found to have consumed an alcoholic beverage.
