Graffiti: A black marker was used to write a word on the east exterior wall of the building. Removal cost: $75.00.

Occurred on 9-27-03 at 7:03 p.m.

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor: A UT student, who was under the age of 21, was found in section 32 while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage.

Possession of Fictitious Driver's License: A UT student, who was under the age of 21, was found in section 4 while in possession of two fictitious identification cards that purported the student to be older than 21. The student was also in possession of another's expired Texas Driver's License.

Occurred on 9-27-03 at 8:30 p.m.

Disorderly Conduct / Minor in Possession of Alcohol: A UT student, who was under the age of 21, was warned about the use of profane language in section 9. The student made an obscene gesture after the officers began to walk away. The student was escorted from the stands and found to be in possession of a flask containing an alcoholic beverage.

Minor in Possession of Alcohol: A UT student, who was under the age of 21, was found in section 125 while in possession of a flask containing an alcoholic beverage.

The student had words written in black marker on different parts of his body. The student was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was a physical endangerment to himself.

Minor in Possession of Alcohol: A UT student, who was under the age of 21, was found in section 28 while in possession of a plastic bottle containing an alcoholic beverage.

Occurred on 9-27-03 at 12:00 a.m.

Criminal Trespass: A UT student was found in a second floor area after the building was closed. The student was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

2400 Guadalupe

Occurred on 9-27-03 at 10:30 p.m.

Public Intoxication: A non-UT subject was found "passed out" with his pants "pulled down" on the northwest corner of 24th Street and Guadalupe Street. The subject was under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he needed to be transported to the emergency room by emergency medical services for alcohol poisoning.

200 Jester Circle

Occurred on 9-27-03 at 2:53 a.m.

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor: A UT student, who was under the age of 21, was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage.

Lake Austin Center, 3001 Lake Austin Blvd.

Occurred on 9-26-03 at 5:25 p.m.

Criminal Trespass (3 Counts): Three non-UT subjects were found doing "tricks" on their bicycles and skateboards in the underground parking garage. All three subjects were issued written criminal trespass warnings.

Living Learning Center, 2610 Whitis Avenue

Occurred between 9-24-03 at 9:00 p.m. and 9-27-03 at 11:00 a.m.

Theft: A silver Schwinn 21-speed mountain bicycle was stolen while it was secured with a cable lock to bicycle rack on the east side of the center. Loss value: $175.00.

Main Building, #1 South Mall

Occurred between 9-17-03 at 4:00 p.m. and 9-20-03 at 10:30 p.m.

Theft: A silver portable television / radio / alarm clock was stolen when it was left on a desk in an unsecured 9th floor room. Loss value: $100.00.

700 East Martin Luther King Blvd.

Occurred on 9-26-03 at 10:50 a.m.

Leaving the Scene Collision: A UT student lost control of his red 1997 GMC Yukon and ran over a fire hydrant and a stone retaining wall on the northeast side of the Arno Nowotny Building, 709 East Martin Luther King Blvd. He then left the scene without leaving notice. The front license plate of the vehicle was left at the scene. Repair cost: $8,000.00.

O. Henry Hall, 601 Colorado

Occurred on 9-27-03 at 3:09 a.m.

Public Intoxication / Resisting Arrest: A non-UT subject was found sleeping on the steps on the west side of the building. Evidence showed the subject had displayed an extreme physical reaction due to the excessive consumption of alcohol. The subject pulled away from an Officer and had to be physically restrained. The subject was under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was a physical endangerment to himself.

Discovered on 9-29-03 at 1:50 a.m.

Criminal Mischief: White chalk was used to write a word in two locations on a wall in a ground floor classroom. Removal cost: $25.00.

Discovered on 9-29-03 at 1:40 a.m.

Graffiti: A white gel pen was used to write a word on a light switch faceplate in a ground floor classroom. Removal cost: $30.00.

Perry-Castañeda Library, 101 East 21st Street

Occurred on 9-26-03 between 1:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m.

Theft: A khaki colored backpack containing a silver Aiwa mini-disc player, JVC headphones, a silver Aiwa microphone, a silver Samsung color screen cellular telephone, $20.00, two statistics packets, miscellaneous keys and various identification and credit cards was stolen from a table on the 5th floor.

Peter T. Flawn Academic Center, #2 West Mall

Occurred on 9-26-03 at 11:38 a.m.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found on the south side of the building soliciting magazine subscriptions, which is a violation of UT Regents' Rules and Regulations. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

San Antonio Garage, 2420 San Antonio

Occurred on 9-28-03 at 7:25 a.m.

Criminal Trespass (2 Counts): Two non-UT subjects were found sleeping on the sidewalk on the south side of the garage. Both subjects were issued written criminal trespass warnings.

2100 San Jacinto Blvd.

Occurred on 9-28-03 at 8:00 a.m.

Theft / Assist Outside Agency: A non-UT subject was stopped for disregarding a stop sign while riding a bicycle. The bicycle was registered to a UT student. The subject initially stated he had purchased the bicycle from a UT student. After contacting the registered owner of the bicycle, it was determined that the bicycle was stolen. The subject was found to have two outstanding outside agency arrest warrants for public intoxication. Recovery value: $200.00.

Union Building, #4 West Mall

Occurred on 9-25-03 between 10:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.

Theft: A blue Nokia 5500 cellular telephone was stolen from a backpack that was left on the east side patio. Loss value: $50.00.

Union Building, #4 West Mall

Occurred between 9-25-03 at 5:00 p.m. and 9-26-03 at 12:15 p.m.

Theft: A 2-foot diameter wall mounted clock with a white face was stolen from an unsecured 4th floor office. Loss value: $40.00.

Occurred on 9-26-03 at 10:45 a.m.

Criminal Trespass (2 Counts): Two non-UT subjects were found in the 2nd floor south lobby soliciting credit card applications, which is a violation of UT Regents' Rules and Regulations regarding solicitation. Both subjects were issued written criminal trespass warnings.

Union Building, #4 West Mall

Occurred on 9-26-03 at 2:38 p.m.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found on the east patio soliciting magazine subscriptions, which is a violation of UT Regents' Rules and Regulations. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

West Mall

Discovered on 9-29-03 at 12:30 a.m.

Graffiti: A pink gel pen was used to write words on a trash can lid on the east side of the West Mall. Removal cost: $30.00.

500 East 23rd Street

Occurred on 9-26-03 at 1:39 p.m.

Public Intoxication: A non-UT subject was found causing a disturbance on a Capitol Metro bus. The subject was under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was a physical endangerment to himself.
