Criminal Mischief: A tire on a parked and unattended blue 1990 Oldsmobile has been flattened on three occasions over the past 3 months. Repair cost: $20.00.

Experimental Science Building, 100 East 24th Street

Occurred between 9-17-03 at 2:00 p.m. and 9-30-03 at 12 noon.

Theft: A white Olympus C4000 digital camera was stolen from an unsecured closed locker inside a secured 2nd floor laboratory. Loss value: $200.00.

Beauford H. Jester Center East, 203 East 21st Street

Occurred between 9-18-03 at 8:00 a.m. and 9-26-03 at 1:00 p.m. and between 9-29-03 and 9-30-03 at 11:00 a.m.

Theft: $35.00 was stolen from a wallet that was left in an unsecured 10th floor dormitory room. The resident also reported that $200.00 had earlier been stolen from her unsecured dormitory room.

Beauford H. Jester Center East, 203 East 21st Street

Occurred on 9-30-03 at 3:30p.m.

Possession of Marijuana (2 Counts) / Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (2 Counts): Two UT students were found on the south side of the dormitory while in possession of a blue ceramic pipe containing marijuana residue. The two students were also in possession of three plastic bags containing a total of 11 grams of marijuana.

Perry-Castañeda Library, 101 East 21st Street

Occurred on 9-30-03 between 5:05 p.m. and 5:10 p.m.

Theft: A green Jansport backpack containing two textbooks, a blue Panasonic compact disc player, and two three-ring binders was stolen when it was left on a 6th floor study desk. Loss value: $140.00.

Union Building, #4 West Mall

Occurred on 9-30-03 between 10:30 a.m. and 11:45 a.m.

Theft: A black leather purse containing $32.00, a silver Kodak Advantix camera and various identification and credit cards was stolen from an unsecured 3rd floor study room while the owner slept on a couch inside the room. Loss value: $130.00.
