Theft: A blue NEXT Breakpoint bicycle was stolen while it was secured to a bicycle rack on the west side of the building with a keyed cable lock. Loss value: $125.00.

300 Jester Circle Drive

Occurred on 10-06-03 at 8:30 p.m.

Leaving the Scene Collision: The left front quarter panel of a parked 1988 Toyota Camry was struck by a black Chevrolet Silverado pick-up truck that left the scene without leaving notice. Repair cost: $800.00.

Moncrief-Neuhaus Athletics Center, 2015 San Jacinto Blvd.

Occurred between 10-03-06 at 5:00 p.m. and 10-05-03 at 7:00 p.m.

Theft: An 18-inch by 24-inch framed photograph was stolen from a wall near the northwest exit of the building. Loss value: $160.00.

Roberts Hall Dormitory, 303 East 21st Street

Occurred between 10-03-03 at 4:30 p.m. and 10-06-03 at 8:00 a.m.

Criminal Mischief: An unknown object was used to cause a 12-inch by 24-inch hole in a basement level hallway wall. Repair cost $150.00.

Occurred on 10-06-03 at 9:30 p.m.

Assist Outside Agency: A non-UT subject was stopped for disregarding a stop sign while riding a bicycle. The subject was found to have an outstanding outside agency arrest warrant for the possession of drug paraphernalia.
