Brazos Garage, 210 E. Martin Luther King Blvd.
Occurred between 10-22-03 at 1:00 p.m. and 10-29-03 at 1:30 p.m.
Criminal Mischief: On 10-29-03, a UT subject reported that an unknown subject had put an approximately 4 foot long scratch on the driver's side door of the UT subject's 2001 Nissan X-terra, in addition to letting the air out the vehicle's right front tire. Also, in the week prior to this, a "white crystalline" substance was put in the gas tank of the vehicle by an unknown subject. Loss value: unknown at this time.
McCombs School of Business, 2110 Speedway
Occurred on 10-29-03 between 2:15 p.m. and 2:35 p.m.
Harassment: A non-UT relative of a UT subject placed two annoying phone calls to the UT subject after receiving a letter requesting communication between them to stop.
Jesse H. Jones Communication Center, Building A, 2504-A Whitis Avenue
Occurred on 10-29-03 between 1:30 p.m. and 9:15 p.m.
Theft: A purple and silver Balance Mountain Bicycle was stolen while it was secured with a cable combination lock to the bike racks on the northwest side of the building. Loss value: $100.00.
Beauford H. Jester Center West, 201 East 21st
Occurred between 10-23-03 at 9:00 a.m. and 10-30-03 at 11:00 a.m.
Harassment: A UT subject discovered several threatening letters had been slipped under his door while he was out of town.

Occurred on 10-31-03 between 2:35 a.m. and 2:49 a.m.
Harassment: A UT subject received 10 threatening phone calls on her cell phone from possibly three different subjects in the space of ten minutes. The calls may be related to an incident that occurred earlier in the morning.
John W. Hargis Hall, 1811 Red River
Occurred on 10-29-03 at 12:55 p.m.
Criminal Trespass: A male non-UT subject was reported using the ladies restroom in John Hargis Hall. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.
Living Learning Center D, 2610 Whitis Avenue
Occurred on 10-27-03 between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Theft: A refund check from The University of Texas at Austin was taken from an envelope addressed to a UT subject, and the envelope was resealed prior to being given to the subject. Loss value: $67.99.
Parking Lot 103, 2100 Comal Street
Occurred between 10-28-03 at 11:00 p.m. and 10-29-03 at 6:15 a.m.
Criminal Mischief: A 4x6 inch dent and fresh scratches were found on the right side of the tailgate on a blue 2003 Ford Ranger belonging to The University of Texas at Austin. It was undetermined what caused the damage. Repair cost: $150.00.
Moore-Hill Dormitory, 214 East 21st
Occurred between 10-27-03 at 9:00 p.m. and 10-28-03 at 11:00 a.m.
Theft: A 2003 21-speed Mountain bike was stolen while it was secured with a cable lock to the bike rack on the north side of the building. Loss value: $50.00.
San Jacinto Garage, 2400 San Jacinto Blvd.
Occurred 10-29-03 at 5:05 a.m.
Assist Outside Agency: While investigating a report of a leaving the scene accident, the vehicle reported to be involved returned to the scene, and the driver asked UT Police for directions. While questioning the driver, it was discovered the driver had 3 outside agency arrest warrants.
Simkins Hall Dormitory, 2501 San Jacinto Blvd.
Occurred on 10-30-03 between 3:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Theft: A UT subject's UT I.D. card was stolen when he left it in a computer lab. It was later determined that the card was used at a local vending machine without the owner's consent. Loss value: $0.75.
Trinity Garage, 1815 Trinity
Occurred on 10-30-03 at 9:00 a.m.
Altered Disabled Parking Placard: A UT subject was found in possession of an altered Disabled Parking placard, which is a violation of a state law.
Union Building, #4 West Mall
Occurred on 10-31-03 at 1:40 a.m.
Disturbance: A UT subject got into an argument with an unidentified subject who pushed her while they were dancing. The unidentified subject left the area before being questioned.
Waggener Hall, 2210 Speedway
Occurred on 10-30-03 at 1:15 p.m.
Theft / Criminal Trespass: UT Police officers responded to a report of a bicycle theft in progress. When they arrived on the west side of the building, they observed two non-UT subjects in the bike racks. Further investigation revealed tools and bike parts in the non-UT subjects' backpacks. In addition to other police action, the two subjects were issued written criminal trespass warnings.

Occurred on 10-30-03 at 10:17 a.m.
Improper Use of a Disabled Parking placard: A UT subject was seen parking their car without the proper permit in a parking spot reserved for disabled parking. When questioned about this, the subject presented a Disabled Parking placard belonging to another person, and admitted to having no disabilities.
