Harassment: A UT student sent a disturbing, unwanted e-mail to a UT faculty member's 4th floor office computer.
Homer Rainey Hall, 200 West 21st Street
Discovered on 11-6-03 at 12:45 p.m.
Graffiti: Derogatory words regarding a professor whose office is located on the 4th floor of the building were written on a building map that was posted inside a building elevator. Removal cost: $10.00.
Beauford H. Jester Center West, 201 East 21st Street
Occurred on 11-6-03 between 5:45 p.m. and 5:50 p.m.
Harassment: An unidentified subject sent several lewd instant electronic messages to an 8th floor resident's dormitory room computer.
Perry-Castañeda Library, 101 East 21st Street
Occurred on 11-6-03 at 12 noon.
Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found in the second floor lobby after previously receiving an administrative letter barring her from campus. The subject acknowledged the receipt of the letter, and stated she burned the letter after reading it.
Peter T. Flawn Academic Center, #2 West Mall
Occurred between 11-5-03 at 10:00 p.m. and 11-6-03 at 12:48 p.m.
Theft: A silver Jeep bicycle was stolen while it was secured with a cable lock to a bicycle rack on the south side of the building. Loss value: $300.00.
San Jacinto Residence Hall, 309 East 21st Street
Occurred between 11-5-03 at 8:30 p.m. and 11-6-03 at 8:00 a.m.
Theft: A red Murray bicycle was stolen while it was secured with a cable lock to a bicycle rack on the southwest side of the building. Loss value: $100.00.
Union Building, #4 West Mall
Occurred on 11-6-03 between 2:30 p.m. and 3:40 p.m.
Theft: A bright blue backpack with a reflective stripe containing a Panasonic CD player with Sony headphones, a textbook, a notebook, a Texas Instruments model 86 calculator, $80.00, and a black leather wallet with various identification and credit cards was stolen from a 4th floor hallway by a couch where the owner was sleeping. Loss value: $195.00.

Criminal Trespass (4 Counts): Four non-UT subjects were found on the West Mall passing out fliers in violation of UT Regent's Rules and Regulations. All four subjects were issued written criminal trespass warnings.

Occurred on 11-7-03 at 3:15 a.m.
Driving While Intoxicated / Consumption of Alcohol by A Minor: A white 2001 Chevrolet pick-up truck was stopped for multiple traffic violations including driving 45 MPH in a 15 MPH zone and running a stop sign. The driver of the vehicle, a UT student who was under the age of 21, was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was driving while intoxicated.
