Occurred on 11-14-03 at 10:06 p.m.

Public Intoxication: A non-UT subject was found sleeping on the south side of the building. The subject was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was a physical endangerment to himself.

Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium, 405 East 23rd Street

Occurred on 11-15-03 at 8:15 p.m.

Assault by Contact: A UT student in section 127 was struck in the head by a shoe and a t-shirt that had been thrown from the bleachers. Three other UT students were identified after they retrieved the thrown items.

Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium, 405 East 23rd Street

Occurred on 11-15-03 between 5:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.

Assist Outside Agency (2 Counts): Two different concession vendors on the east side of the stadium were presented coins marked as being valued at $10.00 in exchange for product. The presenter advised the vendors the coins were legal U.S. tender. The vendors made the sale and provided change prior to discovering the coins were not U.S. tender. The provider was described as a Hispanic male between 20 and 30 years old, 6'2" tall, 150 pounds, with black hair and wearing an orange t-shirt with white lettering and blue jeans. Loss value: $20.00.

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor / Public Intoxication: A non-UT subject, who was under the age of 21, was found on the north side of the stadium while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was a physical endangerment to himself.

Possession of Alcohol by a Minor: A UT student, who was under the age of 21, was found in section 25 while in possession of an alcoholic beverage.

Possession of Alcohol by a Minor: A non-UT subject, who was under the age of 21, was found in section 27 while in possession of an alcoholic beverage.

Possession of Alcohol by a Minor / Possession of Fictitious Drivers License: A UT student, who under the age of 21, was found in section 129 while in possession of an alcoholic beverage. The subject was also in possession of a Texas Drivers License that had an altered date of birth.

Occurred on 11-15-03 between 7:50 p.m. and 10:15 p.m.

Theft: A faux suede purse with metal rings on the strap that contained $40.00, a $50.00 gift card, a cellular telephone and various credit and identification cards was stolen when it was left under a bleacher seat in section 20. Loss value: $150.00.

Etter-Harbin Alumni Center, 2110 San Jacinto Blvd.

Occurred on 11-15-03 at 10:59 p.m.

Public Intoxication: A non-UT subject was found sleeping on a park bench located on the east side of the building. The subject was unaware of his location or the correct time or date. The subject was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was a physical endangerment to himself.

Frank C. Erwin Special Events Center, 1701 Red River

Occurred between 10-03-03 at 11:32 a.m. and 11-4-03 at 12:33 p.m.

Credit Card Abuse (4 Counts): A non-UT subject used the credit card information from four different credit card holders to purchase concert tickets over the internet for three separate concerts without the card holders' permission. Loss value: $1,274.00.

Gateway Apartments, 1640 West 6th Street

Occurred between 11-14-03 at 10:30 p.m. and 11-15-03 at 9:50 a.m.

Leaving the Scene Collision: A parked gray 2000 Toyota Camry 4-door was struck in the left rear quarter panel by an unidentified vehicle that left the scene without leaving notice. Black rubber residue was transferred to the struck vehicle. Repair cost: $500.00.

Geography Building, 210 West 24th Street

Discovered 11-16-03 1:44 a.m.

Criminal Mischief: Six bags of shredded paper were cut open and the shredded paper was spread throughout the 2400 block of University. Clean-up cost: $25.00.

Jesse H. Jones Communication Center, Building B, 2504-B Whitis Avenue

Occurred on 11-15-03 at 10:19 a.m.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found loitering in the bicycle racks on the south side of the building. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

Beauford H. Jester Center West, 210 East 21st Street

Occurred on 11-17-03 between 3:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m.

Criminal Mischief: A pen was used to make lewd drawings on 80 dormitory room door placards on the 8th, 9th and 10th floors. Replacement value: $50.00.

Moore-Hill Dormitory, 214 East 21st Street

Occurred on 11-14-03 between 2:15 p.m. and 3:55 p.m.

Burglary: A blue Dell laptop computer and a key-chain containing a vehicle key and a credit card were stolen from an unsecured 1st floor dormitory room while one of the residents slept in the room. Loss value: $1,500.00.

Parking Lot 70, 200 Robert Dedman Drive

Occurred on 11-15-03 at 7:30 p.m.

Public Intoxication / Disorderly Conduct - Fighting in a Public Place: After being ejected from Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium, 405 East 23rd Street, for alcohol violations, a non-UT subject became irate and began to fist-fight with a second non-UT subject who had been attempting to help him. The subject was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was a physical endangerment to himself.

Peter T. Flawn Academic Center, #2 West Mall

Occurred on 11-15-03 at 2:30 a.m.

Public Intoxication: A non-UT subject was found sleeping on the east side of the building. The subject was under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was a physical endangerment to himself.

1900 San Jacinto Blvd.

Occurred on 11-15-03 at 11:00 p.m.

Criminal Mischief: A non-UT subject who was operating a bicycle taxi service used his fists to strike the left rear door of a 2003 Chevrolet sport utility vehicle 3 times after the Chevrolet came close to backing into the subject's bicycle. The subject caused three small dents in the Chevrolet's door. Repair cost: $200.00.

San Jacinto and 21st Street

Occurred on 11-15-03 at 7:40 p.m.

Attempted Theft / Criminal Trespass / Resisting Arrest: A non-UT subject was stopped while attempting to steal a university owned traffic cone. The subject had previously been issued a written criminal trespass warning. While being taken into custody, the subject began to resist and attempted to bite and spit on one of the officers.

2000 Speedway

Occurred on 11-15-03 at 4:00 p.m.

Failure to Obey a Lawful Order / Possession of Alcoholic Beverage in a Motor Vehicle / Assist Outside Agency: A UT student drove his gray 1998 Toyota Camry 4-door over several traffic cones in the 2000 block of Speedway. A Travis County Sheriffs Deputy who was assigned to work traffic control during the Texas vs. Texas Tech football game ordered the driver of the vehicle to stop and pull to the side of the road. The driver continued to drive until a second Travis County Deputy stopped the vehicle at Speedway and 21st Street. The driver was found to have an outstanding outside agency arrest warrant for speeding. A plastic cup containing an alcoholic beverage was located on the rear floorboard next to a rear seat passenger.

Occurred on 11-15-03 at 1:35 a.m.

Driving While Intoxicated / Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor: The driver of a 2002 Chevrolet pick-up truck was stopped for disregarding a stop sign and the exhibition of speed. The driver, a UT student who was under the age of 21, was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was driving while intoxicated.
