Brackenridge Apartments, 3373 Lake Austin Blvd.

Occurred between 11-20-03 at 11:00 p.m. and 11-21-03 at 9:30 a.m.

Burglary of a Motor Vehicle: The left front window was broken out of a black 1991 Honda Accord 4-door while it was parked on the south side of building 3373. A black leather wallet containing $30.00 and various identification and credit cards was stolen from the vehicle. Repair cost: $150.00. Loss value: $31.00.

Gateway Apartments, 1618 West 6th Street

Discovered on 11-22-03 at 4:25 p.m.

Criminal Mischief: The right front window was broken out of a silver 1990 Geo Storm while it was parked in the southwest Parking Lot of the apartment complex. Repair cost: $150.00.

Graduate School of Business, 100 West 21st Street

Occurred on 11-23-03 at 12:10 a.m.

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor / Public Intoxication: A UT student, who was under the age of 21, was found in a 3rd floor restroom displaying an extreme physical reaction due to the excessive consumption of alcohol. The student was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point she needed to be transported by EMS to a hospital for treatment of alcohol poisoning.

Graduate School of Business, 100 West 21st Street

Occurred on 11-23-03 at 9:00 a.m.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found in a second floor area that is reserved for faculty, staff and students. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

Beauford H. Jester Center West, 201 East 21st Street

Occurred on 11-23-03 at 2:30 a.m.

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor / Public Intoxication: A UT student, who was under the age of 21, was found "passed out" in the lobby of the dormitory. Once awakened, student displayed an extreme physical reaction due to the excessive consumption of alcohol. The student was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point she needed to be transported by EMS to a hospital for treatment of alcohol poisoning.

Beauford H. Jester Center West, 201 East 21st Street

Occurred on 11-21-03 between 4:45 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Theft: A black leather purse containing a pink leather wallet with $20.00 and various identification cards was stolen when it was left at a dining table in the 1st floor cafeteria. Loss value: $27.00.

Occurred on 11-22-03 at 10:30 p.m.

Leaving the Scene Collision: A parked, black 2003 Volkswagen was struck on the left front bumper by a 2002 Hyundai that left the scene without leaving notice. Repair cost: $200.00.

Main Building, #1 South Mall

Occurred between 11-20-03 at 5:00 p.m. and 11-21-03 at 7:00 a.m.

Attempted Burglary: An unknown device was used to pry on the door to a 1st floor office causing damage to the door. Repair cost: $50.00.

Parking Lot 110, 2200 Comal Street

Occurred between 11-22-03 at 11:45 p.m. and 11-23-03 at 12:45 a.m.

Burglary of Motor Vehicle: The left front vent window was broken out of a gray 1993 Ford pick-up truck while it was parked in the southwest corner of the lot. A Pioneer AM / FM / CD stereo was stolen from the vehicle. Repair cost: $75.00. Loss value: $150.00.

Parking Lot 117, 1900 Comal Street

Occurred between 11-20-03 at 8:30 p.m. and 11-22-03 at 1:15 a.m.

Criminal Mischief: The right front window was broken out of a 1988 Chevrolet Blazer while it was parked and unattended. Repair cost: $150.00.

Parlin Hall, #2 South Mall

Occurred on 11-23-03 at 12:22 p.m.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found in a 1st floor area that is reserved for faculty, staff and students. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

Peter T. Flawn Academic Center, #2 West Mall

Occurred on 11-23-03 at 11:40 a.m.

Attempted Theft: Two unidentified subjects cut the chain lock that was being used to secure a bicycle to a bicycle rack on the south side of the building. The subjects fled the area when the owner of the bicycle confronted them. The first subject was described as a black male, mid 20's, 6'2" tall, 175 pounds, last seen with an orange backpack. The second subject is a white female, mid 20's, 5'8" tall, 200 pounds last seen wearing a blue sweater. Loss value: $10.00.

2100 Speedway

Occurred on 11-21-03 at 7:54 p.m.

Criminal Mischief: Two UT students damaged a Parking and Transportation vehicle wheel immobilizer when they attempted to forcibly remove the wheel immobilizer from a parked red 2001 Hyundai. Replacement cost: $225.00.

Trinity Garage, 1815 Trinity

Occurred on 11-21-03 between 5:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.

Leaving the Scene Collision: The left rear bumper to a parked, silver 2003 Honda Civic 2-door was struck by an unidentified vehicle that left the scene without leaving notice. Repair cost: $300.00.

University Teaching Center, 105 West 21st Street

Occurred on 11-18-03 at 4:10 p.m.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found inside a 2nd floor room that is reserved for faculty, staff and students. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

Occurred between 11-3-03 at 8:00 a.m. and 11-17-03 at 8:00 p.m.

Theft: A white, purple and green Huffy 21-speed bicycle was stolen while it was secured with a u-lock to a bicycle rack on the north side of the building. Loss value: $100.00.

Walter Webb Hall, 2500 Guadalupe

Occurred on 11-22-03 at 2:45 p.m.

Criminal Mischief: A non-UT subject was found using white chalk to write words on the east exterior wall of the building. Removal Cost: $50.00.

Discovered on 11-23-03 at 4:00 a.m.

Graffiti: Yellow paint was used to write letters on the east exterior wall. Removal cost: $100.00.
