Graffiti: White paint was used to write words on a trash-can and a bus stop bench by the entrance to Parking Lot 103, 2100 Comal. Removal cost: $50.00.
Engineering-Science Building, 2501 Speedway
Occurred on 11-25-03 at 11:18 p.m.
Harassment: An unidentified subject sent two lewd e-mails to an employee at her third floor office computer.
Garrison Hall, #3 East Mall
Occurred on 11-26-03 at 7:05 p.m.
Suspicious Person: An unidentified subject approached an employee in a 1st floor hallway and asked where the "Christian room" was located. When the employee told the subject there was no Christian room" in the building, the subject became "very mad" and began to yell profanities in Spanish before running out of the building. The subject is described as a Hispanic male, early 20's, 5'2" to 5'5" tall, slim build, brown hair and facial hair. A subject matching the same description was also reported asking for the "Christian room" in T. S. Painter Hall, 103 West 24th Street, on 11-25-03 at 5:30 pm. That subject also became "upset" and began to cuss upon discovering there was no "Christian room" inside Painter Hall.

Occurred between 9-8-03 at 7:00 p.m. and 9-11-03 at 3:00 p.m.
Theft: A chrome and blue Mongoose bicycle was stolen while it was secured with a chain lock to a bicycle rack on the northwest side of the building. Loss value: $100.00.
Beauford H. Jester Center West, 201 East 21st Street
Occurred on 11-29-03 at 7:53 a.m.
Assist Outside Agency: A non-UT subject was found loitering in the bicycle racks located on the southeast side of the building. The subject was in possession of a pair of bolt-cutters. An unsecured black and red bicycle was found in the bicycle rack and a cut cable lock was found in the bushes by the bicycle rack. The subject was found to have an outstanding outside agency arrest warrant for a parole violation.
University of Texas Elementary School, 2200 East 6th Street
Occurred between 11-25-03 at 5:00 p.m. and 11-29-03 at 7:42 a.m.
Criminal Mischief: A piece of concrete was thrown through a window in the school's cafeteria building. Replacement cost: $100.00.
