Occurred between 12-10-03 at 1:00 a.m. and 12-16-03 at 1:15 a.m.

Theft: An unidentified subject stole the locking mechanism faceplate to a second floor exterior door located on the west side of the building. The faceplate to the same door has been removed on at least two other occasions in the last 4 months. Loss value: $35.00.

Simkins Hall Dormitory, 2501 San Jacinto Blvd.

Discovered on 12-15-03 at approximately 1:00 p.m.

Criminal Mischief: An unidentified subject used an unidentified object to break a 2nd floor dormitory room window. Repair cost: $100.00.

T. S. Painter Hall, 103 West 24th Street

Discovered on 12-15-03 at 6:10 a.m.

Criminal Mischief: An unknown subject pulled the emergency chemical exposure shower lever located in a 2nd floor hallway. The water flow entered the elevator shaft and caused extensive flooding throughout much of the 1st floor. The repair cost has not yet been determined.

Union Building, #4 West Mall

Discovered on 12-14-03 at 11:15 p.m.

Criminal Mischief: An unknown subject broke the plastic seat to a restroom fixture in a 1st floor restroom. Repair cost: $25.00.
