Discovered on 01-03-04 at 12:11 a.m.
Graffiti: A red pen was used to write words on a metal sign located on the gate on the northeast side of the building. Removal cost: $50.00.
McCombs School of Business, 2110 Speedway
Occurred on 01-02-04 at 9:15 a.m.
Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found sleeping on a bench in a second floor hallway. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.
Occurred on 01-02-04 at 9:05 p.m.
Public Intoxication / Assist Outside Agency: A non-UT subject was found yelling profanities at pedestrians while "stumbling" into the roadway. The subject was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was a physical endangerment to himself. The subject was found to have two outstanding outside agency arrest warrants for public intoxication and one outstanding UTPD arrest warrant for public intoxication.

Assault: A UT student used her closed fist to hit a former acquaintance in the back during an argument about continuing the relationship.
Joe C. Thompson Conference Center, 2405 Robert Dedman Drive
Occurred on 01-02-04 at 6:00 p.m.
Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found sleeping on the east side of the building. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.
Perry-Castañeda Library, 101 East 21st Street
Occurred between 12-11-03 at 6:00 p.m. and 12-12-03 at 9:00 a.m.
Theft: A silver Mongoose bicycle was stolen while it was secured with a cable lock to a bicycle rack on the north side of the building. Loss value: $100.00.
Discovered on 01-03-04 at 5:10 a.m.
Reckless Damage: A sidewalk light pole was struck by an unknown object or vehicle causing the pole to crack at the base. The repair cost is undetermined at this time.
Union Building, #4 West Mall
Occurred on 01-02-04 at 9:50 a.m.
Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found in a 4th floor area that is reserved for faculty, staff and students. The subject had earlier been seen "looking through a refrigerator" in a 5th floor lounge of the Geology Building, #10 East Mall and inside the McCombs School of Business, 2110 Speedway. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.
