Beauford H. Jester Center West, 201 East 21st

Occurred on 2-20-04 at 12:20 a.m.

Criminal Trespass / Assist Outside Agency: A non-UT subject refused to leave the Jester Food Court at closing time. While being questioned by an officer, it was determined that the subject had two outstanding outside agency arrest warrants. In addition to other police action taken, the subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

Parking Lot 40, 2400 Red River

Occurred on 2-18-04 between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Reported on 2-19-04 at 10:25 a.m.

Burglary of Motor Vehicle: The right rear passenger window was forced open on a black 1999 Honda Civic while the car was parked in the west side of the lot. An unknown brand CD player with a detachable faceplate was taken from the car. Loss value: $50.00.

San Jacinto Residence Hall, 309 East 21st

Reported on 2-19-04 at 1:30 p.m.

Criminal Mischief: Chunks of concrete were broken off of the amphitheater style seating on the east side of the building. UT employees saw several unidentified subjects doing tricks on their bikes and occasionally jumping on the concrete, but did not notify the police until later. Repair cost: $100.00.

Varsity Center, 210 East 21st Street

Occurred between 2-18-04 at 5:30 p.m. and 2-19-04 at 7:30 a.m.

Criminal Mischief: A full plastic milk container was used to break a 14" x 48" window on a second floor office. Repair cost: $100.00.

Whitaker Fields, 51st Street and Guadalupe

Occurred on 2-19-04 at 12:50 p.m.

Criminal Trespass: Three non-UT subjects refused to leave the area when they were told by UT employees that the fields were closed. All three were issued written criminal trespass warnings.

2300 San Jacinto Blvd.

Discovered on 2-19-04 at 1:40 p.m.

Graffiti: A brown marker was used to write letters and symbols on the limestone wall near the south stairs. Repair cost: $100.00.
