Peter T. Flawn Academic Center, #2 West Mall

Occurred on 3-1-04 at 9:15 a.m.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found in a 1st floor men's restroom. The subject had caused a disturbance in the building offices last week. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

Beauford H. Jester Center East, 203 East 21st

Occurred on 3-2-04 at 9:05 p.m.

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor / Possession of Alcohol by a Minor / Possession of Drug Paraphernalia / Possession of Marijuana: A UT student and a non-UT subject were seen drinking beer in the courtyard on the west side of the building. It was later determined that the student was under the age of 21. A check of the student's 4th floor dorm room revealed a small amount of marijuana, and 2 packets of rolling papers.

Beauford H. Jester Center East, 203 East 21st

Occurred on 3-2-04 at 9:05 p.m.

Furnishing Alcohol to a Minor: A non-UT subject was seen in the west side courtyard, drinking beer with a UT student who was under the age of 21. It was determined the non-UT subject had purchased the beer and had given it to the minor.

Robert Lee Moore Hall, 2515 Speedway

Occurred on 3-1-04 at 7:30 p.m.

Criminal Trespass: Three non-UT subjects were seen skateboarding in the plaza area, which is a violation of the UT Regents' Rules and Regulations. The subjects were issued written criminal trespass warnings.

University Police Building, 2201 E. Robert Dedman Drive

Occurred on 3-2-04 at 9:50 p.m.

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor: A UT student came in to the building to check on his brother, who was arrested for furnishing alcohol to a minor (see previous report). It was determined that the UT student was under the age of 21 and had consumed alcohol earlier in the evening.

1900 San Jacinto Blvd.

Occurred between 2-28-04 at 5:00 a.m. and 3-1-04 at 7:00 a.m.

Burglary of a Motor Vehicle: The right rear opera window was broken out on a 1991 Volvo. A black JVC stereo/MP3 player with a detachable faceplate and a music compact disc was stolen from the dashboard. Loss value: $172.00. Repair value: Unknown at this time.

1900 San Jacinto Blvd.

Occurred on 3-01-04 between 7:30 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.

Burglary of a Motor Vehicle: The left rear window was "removed" on a 1988 Chevrolet Cavalier, and a JVC in-dash CD player was stolen. Loss value: $40.00.
