Occurred on 03-05-04 at 2:45 a.m.

Driving While Intoxicated / Consumption of Alcohol By a Minor: A UT student, who was under the age of 21, was stopped after driving a 2000 Jeep Cherokee on the wrong side of the roadway. The student was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point she was driving while intoxicated.

2500 Speedway

Occurred between 03-02-04 at 4:30 p.m. and 03-03-04 at 6:15 a.m.

Burglary: An unknown subject forced a window lock open and entered the closed taco stand located on the west side of Robert Lee Moore Hall, 2515 Speedway and stole various food items. A plastic cooler, located on the east side of the stand was forced open and four 8-pound bags of ice were stolen. Loss value: $131.00.

2500 Speedway

Occurred between 03-03-04 at 4:30 p.m. and 03-04-04 at 6:30 a.m.

Burglary: An Unknown subject forced a window lock open and entered the closed taco stand located on the southeast side of Robert Lee Moore Hall, 2515 Speedway. No items were stolen from the stand.

Union Building, #4 West Mall

Occurred on 03-04-04 between 9:30 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.

Theft: A blue and gray Eastpack backpack containing a textbook and a checkbook was stolen from an unsecured office on the second floor. Loss value: $80.00.
