Discovered on 3-12-04 at 2:20 a.m.
Graffiti: A black permanent marker was used to write words on a traffic control sign located by the loading dock on the north side of the building. Removal cost: $25.00.
Frank C. Erwin Special Events Center, 1701 Red River
Occurred on 3-11-04 between 9:45 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
Theft: A Nextel cellular telephone was stolen when it was left on a table in an unsecured hallway outside of section 26 during the Texas U.I.L. Boys Basketball Tournament. Loss value: $200.00.
Moore-Hill Dormitory, 214 East 21st Street
Occurred between 3-10-04 at 6:00 p.m. and 3-11-04 at 10:00 p.m.
Theft: Several articles of clothing and two beach towels were stolen from a laundry dryer in an unsecured 1st floor laundry room. Loss value: $30.00.
Parking Lot 103, 2100 Comal Street
Occurred between 3-04-04 at approximately 12 noon and 3-06-04 at 1:19 a.m.
Burglary of Motor Vehicle: The right window was broken out of a 1994 Honda Civic 2-door while it was parked in the lot. The interior contents of the vehicle had been "rummaged through." Repair cost: $150.00.
Texas Memorial Museum, 2400 Trinity
Occurred between 3-10-04 at 5:00 p.m. and 3-11-04 at 10:00 a.m.
Criminal Mischief: Charcoal was used to draw symbols and write words on the west exterior wall and the cement plaza on the west side of the building. Removal cost: $50.00.
Townes Hall, 727 East Dean Keeton
Occurred on 3-11-04 at 11:25 a.m.
Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found in a 2nd floor office that is reserved for faculty and staff members. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.
