Minor in Possession of Alcohol / Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor: A non-UT subject who was under the age of 21, was found on the west side of the building while drinking an alcoholic beverage.
Perry-Castañeda Library, 101 East 21st Street
Discovered on 3-16-04 at 3:45 p.m.
Graffiti: White paint was used to write a word on an exterior door on the south side of the building. Removal cost: $50.00.
Occurred on 3-16-04 at 6:05 p.m.
Assist Outside Agency / Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found carrying a large piece of wood and yelling at pedestrians. It was determined that the subject was a suspect in an assault case that had recently occurred at an off-campus location. In addition to other law enforcement action, the subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

Occurred on 3-10-04 between 1:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.
Theft: A Compaq Presario 1200 laptop computer was stolen from an unsecured 5th floor computer laboratory when the owner left the computer in the room to answer a cellular telephone call. Loss value: $700.00.
