Occurred between 3-23-04 at 10:30 a.m. and 3-24-04 at 12:11 a.m.
Stalking: A non-UT subject made repeated telephone calls and threatened the life of a UT student who was a former acquaintance. The student used the "* 57" feature on the dormitory phone to trap the phone number of the person making the call.
Tower Manor, 1908 University
Occurred between 3-19-04 at 2:00 p.m. and 3-23-04 at 1:25 p.m.
Criminal Mischief: 2 plate glass windows, one measuring 8' x 2' 6", the other measuring 8" x 8", were broken on the east and south sides of the building. Repair Cost: $390.00.

Occurred between 3-13-04 at 12:00 a.m. and 3-21-04 at 3:00 p.m.
Theft: A red 21 speed Schwinn Frontier mountain bike was stolen from the bike racks where it was secured with a steel cable combination lock. Loss value: $50.00.

Occurred on 3-24-04 at 1:10 a.m.
Moving an Official Traffic Control Device: A UT student, who was the passenger in a green Toyota, was seen reaching out of the car and picking up a traffic safety cone while the vehicle drove off. The student stated that they were "playing a joke" and had no intention of stealing the cone. The student was referred to the Dean of Students for disciplinary action.
