Occurred on 3-26-04 at 4:40 p.m.
Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found lying down on the south side of the building. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.
Hill Hall Dormitory, 216 East 21st Street
Occurred on 3-25-04 between 10:30 p.m. and 10:45 p.m.
Theft: A key ring containing two keys, a 12" chain and a bottle opener was stolen from an unsecured 1st floor laundry room.
Beauford H. Jester Center West, 201 East 21st Street
Occurred on 3-28-04 at 11:55 p.m.
Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor (2 counts): Two UT students who were under the age of 21 and under the influence of an alcoholic beverage were found in an 11th floor dormitory room. One of the students was exhibiting an intense involuntary physical reaction to the excessive consumption of an alcoholic beverage.
Kinsolving Dormitory, 2605 Whitis Avenue
Occurred on 3-24-04 between 7:15 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Theft: $20.00 was stolen from a secured 5th floor dormitory room. Loss value: $20.00.
Lake Austin Center, 3001 Lake Austin Blvd.
Discovered on 3-28-04 at 5:30 a.m.
Criminal Mischief: White chalk was used to write words and symbols on a Parking Lot exit sign. Removal cost: $20.00.
Lavaca Building, 220 West 7th Street
Occurred between 3-28-04 at 6:15 a.m. and 3-28-04 at 3:17 p.m.
Graffiti: An unknown device was used to etch words and symbols on an exterior window located on the north side of the building. Repair cost: $200.00.
1600 East Martin Luther King Blvd.
Occurred on 3-26-04 at 5:50 p.m.
Public Intoxication: A non-UT subject was found "stumbling and falling down" near the roadway. The subject was under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was a physical endangerment to himself.
Parking Lot 114, 21st Street and Leona Street
Occurred between 3-22-04 at 8:00 p.m. and 3-26-04 at 2:00 p.m.
Theft: The silver centerpiece to the right rear wheel of a red Ford Mustang was stolen while the vehicle was parked in the northwest corner of the Parking Lot. Loss value: $100.00.
Pharmacy Building, 2409 University
Occurred over the past year.
Breach of Computer Security: An unauthorized, unidentified subject has accessed a computer in a secured 2nd floor office several times during the past year.

Occurred on 3-27-04 at 4:10 a.m.
Driving While Intoxicated / Driving While License Suspended / Possession of Alcoholic Beverage in Motor Vehicle: A non-UT subject was stopped after speeding and disregarding a stop sign while driving a red Dodge Neon. The subject's driver's license had previously been suspended for habitual violations. The subject was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was driving while intoxicated. An open 16-ounce can of beer was found inside the vehicle.

Occurred on 3-26-04 at 3:05 a.m.
Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor / Driving While Intoxicated / More than One Driver's License: A UT student who was under the age of 21 was stopped after driving a 1996 Honda Prelude in excess of the posted speed limit and disregarding a stop sign. The student was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was driving while intoxicated. The student was also in possession of a Texas driver's license that was issued to another person who was over the age of 21.
University Satellite Operations Facility, 2012 Comal Street
Discovered on 3-27-04 at 11:48 a.m.
Graffiti: Black spray paint was used to write a word on the west exterior fence of the facility. Removal cost: $100.00.
Walter Webb Hall, 2500 Guadalupe
Discovered on 3-28-04 at 1:50 a.m.
Graffiti: White spray paint was used to write words on the southwest corner and the east exterior wall of the building. Removal cost: $125.00.
200 East 21st Street
Occurred on 3-27-04 at 5:15 a.m.
Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor: A UT student who was under the age of 21 was stopped after "swinging a big wooden stick." The student was found to have consumed an alcoholic beverage.
27th Street and University Avenue
Occurred on 3-28-04 between 2:25 a.m. and 2:30 a.m.
Theft: Two unidentified subjects were seen stealing an orange and white street sign. The two subjects were described as white males in their early 20's, both were of medium height and build. Both subjects were wearing white t-shirts and blue jeans. One of the subjects was wearing a baseball cap. After stealing the sign, the subjects were seen entering a light colored late model Nissan Pathfinder. Loss value: $75.00.
