Assault-Family Violence / Possession of Marijuana: Two residents of a first floor dorm room got into an argument, which led to a physical altercation. While questioning the roommates, UTPD officers found a small bag containing less than 1/4 ounce of marijuana.

Occurred on 4-8-04 at 8:30 p.m.
Assault: A UT student who was playing soccer began to disagree with the calls that a referee was making during a game. The student used abusive language, and pushed the referee. The student was ejected from the game. A second UT student, who was a teammate of the first player, slapped the referee and was also ejected from the game.

Occurred on 4-8-04 at 9:22 p.m.
Leaving the Scene Collision: A 1997 Toyota was struck in the left side rear door while the driver was sitting inside it, waiting for her boyfriend. The striking vehicle was identified as a 1992 Dodge pickup, of unknown color, which was driven from the scene without leaving notice. The driver of the Toyota wrote down the license plate of the Dodge. Repair cost: $200.00.
