Occurred on 4-20-04 at 1:55 a.m.
Criminal Mischief: Two unknown subjects were reported throwing patio furniture from the plaza into the fountain. The subjects were described as: 1) white male, 5'9"-6'1", 160 pounds wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans. 2) white male, 5'9"-6'1", 175 pounds wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans.
Robert A. Welch Hall, 105 East 24th Street
Occurred on 4-20-04 at 12:54 a.m.
Suspicious Person: A UT custodian observed an unknown subject attempting to enter a 3rd floor auditorium with a key after hours. When the subject saw the custodian, the subject quickly walked away. The subject was described as a white male, 5'10", 160 pounds, sandy blonde hair, wearing blue jeans and a gray t-shirt. While checking the area, officers discovered a key stuck in the door lock of the auditorium.

Occurred on 4-19-04 at 5:17 p.m.
Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject contacted a UT professor, looking for a job. The non-UT subject was told that any contact with the professor was not welcome. The non-UT subject was later seen on campus in the building where the professor works, and was issued a written criminal trespass warning.
Trinity Garage, 1815 Trinity
Occurred on 4-19-04 between 9:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
Criminal Mischief: The right side front passenger window was broken out of a black 1997 Ford Taurus, parked on the 2nd level. No property was taken. Repair cost: $150.00.
