Assist Outside Agency: A non-UT subject was found sitting in a parked vehicle by a construction site fence. The subject was found to have three outstanding outside agency arrest warrants for traffic violations.

Frank C. Erwin Special Events Center, 1701 Red River

Occurred between 5-19-04 at 12 noon and 5-21-04 at 6:30 a.m.

Burglary of Coin Operated Machine: A total of $2.50 was stolen from two different secured coin operated vending machines located in two different 2nd floor women's restrooms. Loss value: $2.50.

Hogg Memorial Auditorium, 2300 Whitis Avenue

Occurred on 5-22-04 at 12 noon.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found soliciting signatures, a violation of UT Regents' Rules and Regulations concerning solicitation. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

Geology Building, #10 East Mall

Occurred between 5-7-04 and 5-21-04 at 10:00 a.m.

Theft: A "Mobil Mapper" global positioning unit, was stolen from the top of a filing cabinet located inside of an unsecured 3rd floor office. Loss value: $1,515.00.

Littlefield Carriage House, 2410 Whitis Avenue

Occurred on 5-23-04 at 6:10 a.m.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found sleeping on the south side of the building. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

Peter T. Flawn Academic Center, #2 West Mall

Discovered on 5-23-04 at 11:25 a.m.

Graffiti: A pink permanent ink pen was used to write a word on a wall in a 1st floor men's restroom. Removal cost: $40.00.

Peter T. Flawn Academic Center, #2 West Mall

Graffiti: An unknown object was used to etch a word into a plumbing pipe in a 1st floor men's restroom. Repair cost: $70.00.

Robert A. Welch Hall, 105 East 24th Street

Occurred on 5-22-04 between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.

Theft: A gray and black BMX Volume Destroyer bicycle was stolen while it was secured with a u-lock to a bicycle rack on the east side of the building. Loss value: $150.00.

Occurred on 5-23-04 at 2:00 a.m.

Driving While Intoxicated / Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor: A non-UT subject who was under the age of 21 was stopped after running a red light, almost striking a patrol vehicle and driving the wrong way on a one-way roadway while driving in a white Chevrolet 4-door. The subject was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was driving while intoxicated.

Walter Webb Hall, 2500 Guadalupe

Occurred between 5-19-04 at 10:00 p.m. and 5-23-04 at 3:25 p.m.

Graffiti: Orange paint was used to write a word on the east exterior wall. Removal cost: $150.00.

Whitaker Fields, 51st Street and Guadalupe

Occurred between 5-19-04 at 5:30 p.m. and 5-22-04 at 5:20 p.m.

Graffiti: A black permanent marker was used to write a word on a parking control sign located near the entrance to the north Parking Lot. Removal cost: $50.00.
