Dorothy L. Gebauer Building, #4 East Mall

Occurred between 6-4-04 at 5:00 p.m. and 6-7-04 at 1:00 p.m.

Theft: An Apple G4 computer and the memory chips from two other G4 Apple computers were stolen from a secured 2nd floor office. Loss value: $700.00.

Disch-Falk Field, 1300 East Martin Luther King Blvd.

Occurred on 6-7-04 at 8:00 p.m.

Assault / Criminal Mischief: A Durham school service bus, chartered by the UT softball camp, was shot with 15-20 paintballs. During the attack, a coach and a student were hit; no one was injured. A black suburban with silver trim was seen pulling up in front of the bus, and the passenger of the suburban rolled down their window and fired at the bus.

Parking Lot 80, 1900 Red River

Occurred on 6-7-04 between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Leaving the Scene: A 2003 blue Ford Ranger Pickup was struck in the left side drivers door by an unidentified vehicle while the pickup was legally parked and unattended. The striking vehicle left without leaving any information. Repair cost: $500.00.

Sarah M. and Charles E. Seay Building, 108 East Dean Keeton

Occurred between 3-29-04 and 6-4-04.

Theft: A white Macintosh iBook G4 laptop computer was stolen from a 5th floor office. Loss value: $1000.00.

West Mall, 2300 Guadalupe

Occurred on 6-7-04 at 1:28 p.m.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found soliciting money and playing a guitar. Soliciting is against the UT Regents' Rules and Regulations. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

W.R. Woolrich Laboratories, 210 East 24th Street

Occurred on 6-7-04 at 4:10 p.m.

Unauthorized Vehicle in Building: A red "Fun" scooter was found chained to a basement stair rail, which is a violation of the UT Regents' Rules and Regulations and a violation of UT Fire Codes.
