Assault by Contact / Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor (2 Counts): A UT Police Officer witnessed two UT students, who were both under the age of 21, arguing over vehicle keys. At one point, one of the students "grabbed" the other student in an attempt to keep the other student from running away. Both students were found to have consumed alcoholic beverages.

Occurred on 6-9-04 between 6:55 p.m. and 7:05 p.m.
Theft: A navy blue with yellow polka-dots Dooney and Burke purse containing a T-Mobile cellular telephone, a pearl necklace, pearl earrings, a pearl bracelet, a key ring and a brown leather Hartman wallet with $1.00 and various identification and credit cards was stolen when it was left on a bench in a 1st floor women's restroom while the owner was in another part of the restroom. The owner reported hearing the restroom door open and close followed by the sound of someone running. Loss value: $1,355.00.

Criminal Trespass: A UT staff member reported a non-UT subject "hanging on the burglar bars" of the portable building that is located on the south side of the property. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.
