Occurred on 6-17-04 at 2:40 a.m.
Assist Outside Agency / Possession of Drug Paraphernalia: A non-UT subject who is a known bicycle thief was found pushing a black bicycle on the east side of the building. The subject was found to have an outstanding outside agency arrest warrant for failure to appear. The subject was also found to be in possession of a 3" long glass tube containing the residue of burned cocaine. The owner of the bicycle could not be located.
Brackenridge Apartments, 3501 Lake Austin Blvd.
Occurred on 6-16-04 at 8:45 p.m.
Criminal Trespass (3 counts): Three non-UT subjects were found riding skateboards in an area reserved for use by apartment residents. All three subjects were issued written criminal trespass warnings.
Parking Lot F-11, 200 East 22nd Street
Occurred on 6-15-04 between 8:15 a.m. and 4:55 p.m.
Criminal Mischief: A one and one-half inch section of molding was removed from left rear door of a parked 2001 Honda 4-door. Repair cost: $250.00.
Walter Webb Hall, 2500 Guadalupe
Occurred on 6-16-04 at 7:30 p.m.
Assist Outside Agency: Two non-UT subjects were found selling post cards on the east side of the building. One of the subjects was found to have an outstanding outside agency arrest warrant for leaving a running motor vehicle unattended.
