Discovered on: 6-20-04 at 6:25 a.m.

Graffiti: Yellow and blue spray paint were used to draw an image on the east exterior fence. Removal cost: $75.00.

Gateway Apartments, 1618 West 6th Street

Occurred on 6-19-04 at 1:05 p.m.

Criminal Trespass (3 counts): Three non-UT subjects were found on the basketball courts. To enter the basketball courts, one would need to pass at least one sign advising the basketball courts were reserved for residents of the apartment complex. The three subjects were issued written criminal trespass warnings.

Graduate School of Business, 100 West 21st Street

Occurred between February 2004 and 6-4-04.

Theft: A black and silver office chair was stolen from an unsecured 5th floor office. Loss value: $90.00.

O. Henry Hall, 601 Colorado

Occurred on 6-20-04 at 4:00 p.m.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found performing a bodily function while standing by the north side of the building. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

Robert A. Welch Hall, 105 East 24th Street

Occurred between 6-2-04 and 6-18-04 at 11:30 a.m.

Theft: An Apple G4 computer with a flat screen monitor, a keyboard and a computer mouse were stolen from a 3rd floor office. Loss value: $1,200.00.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found sleeping under a stairwell landing on the 1st floor. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

Occurred between 6-15-04 at noon and 6-18-04 at 9:00 p.m.

Theft: Two segments of brown stairway handrails were stolen from the west side of the building. The handrails had been stored on the west side of the building while awaiting installation on area stairwells. Loss value: $500.00.

Occurred 06-21-04 at 2:30 a.m.

Driving While Intoxicated: A non-UT subject was stopped for disregarding a stop sign and speeding while driving a silver 1991 Geo. The subject was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was driving while intoxicated.

Walter Webb Hall, 2500 Guadalupe

Occurred on 6-20-04 between 3:30 p.m. and 7:25 p.m.

Graffiti: A white paint pen was used to write words on two cement support columns to the parking garage located on the west side of the building. Removal cost: $75.00.

Occurred between 6-14-04 at 5:00 p.m. and 6-19-04 at 4:00 p.m.

Criminal Mischief: An unidentified subject threw eggs against the east exterior wall of the building. Removal cost: $50.00.

Whitaker Fields, 51st Street and Guadalupe

Occurred on 6-20-04 at 9:24 a.m.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found using a metal detector in an attempt to locate buried objects in the fields. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.
