Calhoun Hall, #4 South Mall

Occurred on 6-26-04 at 7:30 a.m.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject, who smelled of alcohol, was found sleeping on a bench in the courtyard on the eastside of the building. The subject was also in possession of a lost credit card belonging to someone else. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

Claudia Taylor Johnson Hall, 210 West 6th

Occurred on 6-27-04 at 9:05 p.m.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was seen waving a 6' walking stick and striking a tree with it. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

Jesse H. Jones Communication Center, 2504-B Whitis Avenue

Occurred on 6-25-04 between 7:45 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Theft: A Blue Pacific 21 speed mountain bike was stolen from the bicycle rack on the north side of the building, where it was secured with a cable lock. Loss value: $20.00.

Jesse H. Jones Communication Center, 2504-B Whitis Avenue

Occurred on 6-25-04 at 6:45 p.m.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found washing her feet in a 3rd floor women's restroom reserved for current faculty, staff, and students. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

2700 Manor

Occurred on 6-27-04 at 3:30 a.m.

Driving While Intoxicated (1 count) / Open Container in Motor Vehicle / Public Intoxication (1 Count): A white 1987 Mercury sedan was seen weaving across the median towards oncoming traffic, ran a red light, and when officers pulled the driver over, he struck a curb in the Parking Lot. The driver, a non-UT subject, was found to be under the influence of alcoholic beverages to the point that he was driving while intoxicated. The passenger, also a non-UT subject, was found to be under the influence of alcohol to the point that he was a danger to himself.

500 Block West Martin Luther King Blvd.

Occurred on 6-28-04 between 3:00 a.m. and 3:32 a.m.

Criminal Mischief: An unknown object was used to cut the right front tire of a University vehicle. Loss value: $100.00.

O. Henry Hall, 601 Colorado

Occurred on 6-27-04 at 3:21 a.m.

Criminal Trespass: Two non-UT subjects were found sleeping on the porch on the southside of the building. Both were issued written criminal trespass warnings.

Parking Lot 108, 1500 Red River

Occurred on 6-26-04 at 9:45 p.m.

Assist Outside Agency: While questioning 3 non-UT subjects for possible public intoxication, it was determined that one of the subjects had an outstanding outside agency arrest warrant.

Parking Lot 108, 1500 Red River

Occurred on 6-26-04 at 1:10 a.m.

Suspicious Person: An unknown subject was reported soliciting in the Parking Lot, which is a violation of the UT Regents' Rules and Regulations. The subject refused to leave after being asked several times by a UT staff member. When UT Police arrived, the subject was gone. The subject was described as a white male, 5'6", wearing a blue pullover and brown pants.

Walter Webb Hall, 2500 Guadalupe

Discovered on 6-27-04 at 8:00 a.m.

Graffiti: Red spray paint was used to write a word on the north wall of the building. Removal Cost: $75.00.
