Art Building and Museum, 2301 San Jacinto Blvd.

Occurred on 7-2-04 at 8:15 a.m.

Public Intoxication / Warrant Service / Assist Outside Agency: A non-UT subject was found leaning against the southwest exterior wall. The subject was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was a physical endangerment to himself. The subject was also found to have an outstanding arrest warrant issued by The University of Texas Police Department and three outstanding outside agency arrest warrants for public intoxication offenses.

Chilling Station No. 5, 2610 San Jacinto Blvd.

Discovered on 7-3-04 at 3:20 a.m.

Graffiti: A white ink-gel pen was used to write a word on an electrical pipe located by the east exterior wall of the building. Removal cost: $45.00.

200 East Dean Keeton

Occurred on 7-4-04 at 6:30 a.m.

Driving While Intoxicated: A non-UT subject was stopped after running three red lights while driving a black Dodge Neon. Although the driver stated he did not "really feel the affects" of the alcohol he had consumed, he was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was driving while intoxicated.

Frank C. Erwin Special Events Center, #2 West Mall

Occurred on 7-2-04 between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.

Theft: $78.00 cash was stolen from an orange nylon Nike gym bag that was left on the floor of the by the south entrance to the basketball court. Loss value: $75.00.

Moore-Hill Dormitory, 214 East 21st Street

Occurred on 7-3-04 at 2:45 a.m.

Public Intoxication: A non-UT subject was found "passed out" on the south side of the building. The subject was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was a physical endangerment to himself.

Penick-Allison Tennis Center, 1701 Trinity

Occurred on 7-4-04 at 1:10 a.m.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found sleeping in front of the main entrance to the center. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

Prather Hall Dormitory, 305 East 21st Street

Occurred on 7-3-04 at 7:30 p.m.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found sleeping on a patio bench located on the north side of the dormitory. The subject was issue a written criminal trespass warning.

Robert A. Welch Hall, 105 East 24th Street

Discovered on 7-4-04 at 7:50 a.m.

Graffiti: A tan permanent marker was used to write words on a metal lamppost located on the west side of the building. Removal cost: $45.00.

1900 San Jacinto Blvd.

Discovered on 7-3-04 at 3:15 a.m.

Illegal Dumping: An unidentified subject abandoned an older model Whirlpool brand electric clothes dryer near the side of the road.

2500 San Jacinto Blvd.

Occurred on 7-3-04 at 1:00 a.m.

Assist Outside Agency: An Austin Police Officer needed assistance locating Blanton Dormitory, 2500 University as part of an investigation of a student being thrown from a moving vehicle on Riverside Drive.

School of Social Work Building, 1925 San Jacinto Blvd.

Occurred on 7-4-04 at 9:10 p.m.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found sleeping on a couch in the 1st floor student lounge after the building had closed for the day. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

Sutton Hall, 210 West 21st Street

Occurred on 7-5-04 at 12:27 a.m.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found lying on a bench on the east side of the building. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

Tower Manor, 1908 University

Occurred on 7-3-04 at 12:55 a.m.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found sleeping on the steps to the front porch of the building. The subject had previously been issued a written criminal trespass warning.

2300 Trinity Street

Occurred on 7-3-04 at 1:30 a.m.

Driving While License Invalid: A UT staff member was stopped for driving a 1995 silver Jeep 4-door the wrong way on a one-way roadway. The staff member was found to be operating the motor vehicle while his Texas Driver's License was invalid.

Union Building, #4 West Mall

Occurred on 7-3-04 at 8:44 a.m.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found on the east patio, an area reserved for faculty, staff and students. The subject matched the description of a subject who had been exposing himself to women on the east patio. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

Walter Webb Hall, 2500 Guadalupe

Discovered on 7-3-04 at 3:55 p.m.

Graffiti: A black permanent marker was used to write words on an exterior window located on the east side of the building. Removal cost: $45.00.

Whitaker Fields, 51st Street and Guadalupe Street

Occurred on 7-5-04 at 10:46 p.m.

Evading Arrest or Detention (8 counts) / Possession of Alcohol by a Minor (8 counts): Responding to a report of fireworks being fired at Whitaker Fields, two UT police officers located 11 people on the archery fields. Three of the subjects complied with the officers' commands while 8 of the subjects attempted to evade the officers by running into a wooded area located on the east side of the archery fields. Once the 8 subjects were located, it was determined that each one was under the age of 21 and in possession of several open and un-opened cans of beer.

100 East 21st Street

Occurred on 5-5-04 at 12:08 a.m.

Possession of Alcohol by a Minor: A UT student, who was under the age of 21, was found to be in possession of an unopened bottle of wine while riding as a front seat passenger in a vehicle that had been stopped for driving the wrong way on a one-way roadway.

400 East 23rd Street

Occurred on 7-2-04 at 8:55 p.m.

Possession of Marijuana: A UT student was stopped for operating a 1995 Ford Ranger pick-up truck with a defective taillight. A small self-rolled cigarette containing marijuana was located on the front floorboard of the vehicle.
