Occurred on 7-7-04 at 4:30 a.m.
Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor: A UT student, who was under the age of 21, was found "sleeping" on a bench on the east side of the dormitory. The student was found to have consumed alcoholic beverages at an off-campus residence.
Parking Lot 15, 2500 University
Occurred on 7-6-04 between 3:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.
Criminal Mischief: An unknown sharp object was used to make a 5' long scratch along the passenger side of a parked UT owned pick-up truck. Repair cost: $400.00.
Pharmacy Building, 2409 University
Occurred on 7-6-04 between 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
Theft: A turquoise and red nylon lunch bag containing a check stub, two keys, two personal letters and food items was stolen from an unsecured 2nd floor student lounge. Loss value: $5.00.

Occurred on 7-7-04 at 3:12 a.m.
Assist Outside Agency / Evading / Possession of Drug Paraphernalia: A non-UT subject was stopped for the traffic violation of running a stop sign. The subject was found to have an outstanding outside agency arrest warrant for a running a stop. The subject refused directions of a police officer several times before attempting to flee the area by running away. Police officers quickly took the subject into custody. The subject was found to be in possession of a metal tube with burned cocaine residue on one end and a metal and plastic pipe with burned marijuana residue in the bowl of the pipe.
