Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found sleeping near Waller Creek. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.
Engineering Teaching Center, 204 East Dean Keeton
Occurred on 7-15-04 between 12 midnight and 5:50 p.m.
Theft: A red bicycle was stolen when it was left under the pedestrian footbridge located on the south side of the building. Loss value: $100.00.
John W. Hargis Hall, 1811 Red River
Occurred on 7-15-04 at 8:02 a.m.
Criminal Trespass / Assist Outside Agency / Terroristic Threat: A non-UT subject was found sleeping on the east porch of the building. The subject was found to have an outstanding outside agency arrest warrant for public intoxication. The subject made several threats against the officers as they arrested him. In addition to other law enforcement action taken, the subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.
Mezes Hall, #5 South Mall
Occurred on 7-15-04 at 12:40 p.m.
Assist Outside Agency (2 counts): Two non-UT subjects were found in a 2nd floor classroom. The subjects had activated a security alarm while delivering classroom furniture. One subject was found to have two outstanding outside agency arrest warrants for traffic violations. The other subject was found to have an outstanding outside agency arrest warrant for a traffic violation and a second outside agency arrest warrant for public intoxication.
Union Building, #4 West Mall
Occurred on 7-15-04 at 5:45 p.m.
Suspicious Subject: An unidentified subject sat down across from a UT student in a 3rd floor lounge and propped his legs up on a table that was dividing the two. The student recognized the subject as a person who had previously exposed himself to her at another location by sitting across from her and propping his legs on a table in a manner that allowed his genitals to be seen through the leg opening of his shorts. The student confronted the subject and asked for his name so she could report him to the police. The subject stated he did not want to give her his name as he believed the police would "accuse him of doing something else." The subject was described as a white male, in his late 30's or early 40's, 5'10" tall, 180 pounds, blonde hair, blue eyes, "clean cut," wearing a blue polo style shirt and green shorts.
Occurred on 7-15-04 between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Theft: A blue Ozone bicycle was stolen while it was secured with a cable lock to a bicycle rack located on the West Mall. Loss value: $100.00.
