Graffiti: Green spray paint was used to make markings on a northeast exterior wall. Removal cost: $75.00.

Occurred on 7-27-04 at 6:00 p.m.
Harassment: The former acquaintance of a UT Housing and Food staff member made a threatening telephone call to the staff member's cellular telephone while the staff member was at work.
O. Henry Hall, 601 Colorado
Occurred on 7-29-04 at 5:20 a.m.
Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found sleeping on the steps leading to the south entrance to the building. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.
Union Building, #4 West Mall
Occurred on 7-28-04 at 6:30 p.m.
Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found using courtesy telephones reserved for use by faculty, staff and students in a 3rd floor area that is reserved for faculty, staff and students. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.
Walter Webb Hall, 2500 Guadalupe

Criminal Mischief: White chalk was used to make unreadable markings on a cement support pillar located on the south side of the building. Removal cost: $30.00.
Occurred on 7-28-04 at 8:08 p.m.
Assault by Threat / Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject yelled at a UT student after the student asked the subject for a cigarette. The subject then threatened to kick a part of the student's lower posterior region. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.
Whitaker Fields, 51st Street and Guadalupe
Occurred on 7-28-04 between 2:00 p.m. and 4:15 p.m.
Burglary of Motor Vehicle: The right front window was broken out of a silver 2004 Buick Rendezvous while it was parked on the north side of the tennis complex. Pry marks were discovered around the window's frame. A Sony portable CD player, a silver Motorola cellular telephone and a multi-colored Liz Claiborne wallet containing $75.00, airline tickets from Austin to Mobile, Alabama, and various credit and identification cards were stolen from the vehicle. Repair cost: $400.00. Loss value: $485.00.
