Occurred on 7-29-04 between 8:30 a.m. and 9:15 a.m.
Criminal Trespass: A UT staff member observed a non-UT subject "wandering through" office areas and walking into offices. The subject stated she was looking for a specific office. Approximately 30 minutes later, the subject was observed wandering through other offices. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

Graffiti: A black permanent marker was used to write words and draw a symbol on a red water pipe located on the 3rd level in the southwest stairwell. Removal cost: $50.00.

Occurred on 7-30-04 at 1:30 a.m.
Criminal Trespass: Two UT students reported a non-UT subject had performed a voluntary bodily function while standing in the southwest corner of the 1st floor lobby. When officers stopped the subject he was near a "puddle of liquid." The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

Occurred on 7-30-04 at 1:20 a.m.
Failure to Display Driver's License / Driving While Intoxicated: A non-UT subject was stopped after driving a silver 2002 Jeep the wrong way on a one-way roadway. Once stopped, the subject moved from the driver's seat to the passenger seat and locked the vehicle's doors. A police officer was able to gain access into the vehicle through a partially rolled down rear window. The subject had to be physically removed from the vehicle. The subject was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was driving while intoxicated.
