Experimental Science Building, 100 East 24th Street
Occurred on 8-5-04 at 10:25 p.m.
Criminal Mischief / Public Intoxication (alcohol and substance) / Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found rolling on the ground near a broken out ground floor window. The subject stated he was being chased and needed to get away. The subject was bleeding from his left knee. Witnesses advised the subject had kicked out two ground floor windows on the east and southeast sides of the building. The subject was found to be under the influence of alcohol and admitted to being under the influence of cocaine. The subject was transported by EMS for the injury to his leg and treatment of alcohol poisoning and drug overdose. In addition to other law enforcement action taken, the subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning. Repair cost: $300.00.

Indecent Exposure: A UT student reported she had observed a second UT student sitting in a white Ford Mustang while holding his exposed genitals.
Beauford H. Jester Center West, 201 East 21st Street
Occurred on 8-6-04 at 3:30 a.m.
Criminal Trespass / Assist outside Agency: A non-UT subject was found sleeping in front of a fire exit door located at the southwest stairwell. The subject was found to have an outstanding outside agency arrest warrant for public intoxication. In addition to other law enforcement action taken, the subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.
Kinsolving Dormitory, 2605 Whitis Avenue
Occurred between 5-27-04 and 5-31-04.
Theft: A red Specialized Hardrock bicycle was stolen while it was secured with a cable lock to a bicycle rack located on the west side of the building. Loss value: $350.00.
San Antonio Garage, 2420 San Antonio
Occurred on 8-5-04 at 4:30 p.m.
Criminal Trespass / Assist Outside Agency: A non-UT subject was found loitering on the 5th floor of the garage. The subject was found to have an outstanding outside agency arrest warrant for public intoxication. In addition to other law enforcement action taken, the subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

Occurred on 8-5-04 at 7:27 p.m.
Driving While Intoxicated / Open Container in Motor Vehicle: A UT Police Officer witnessed a non-UT subject strike a parked Ford Mustang while driving in a Ford Ranger pick-up truck. The force of the collision caused the Mustang to strike a parked Toyota Corolla. Prior to stopping the subject began to drive in reverse almost striking the patrol vehicle. A plastic cup containing an alcoholic beverage was found in the front console of the vehicle. The driver was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was driving while intoxicated.
