Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found sleeping on a bench by the south entrance. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.
Living Learning Center A, 2610 Whitis Avenue
Occurred on 8-26-04 at 10:20 p.m.
Harassment: An unidentified subject placed an alarming and unwanted telephone call to a 2nd floor dormitory resident. The resident used the *57 (star 57) feature on her dormitory telephone to "trap" the telephone number of the caller.
Mike A. Myers Track and Soccer Stadium, 707 Clyde Littlefield
Occurred on 8-29-04 at 9:50 p.m.
Assault with Bodily Injury / Resisting Arrest: A non-UT subject hit a UT athletics usher in the back of the neck while holding a "handful of ice" after the usher asked the subject to leave the stadium at the end of a UT soccer game. Several police officers had to physically restrain the subject as she began to kick at the officers.
Parking Lot F-27, 2600 Whitis Avenue
Occurred between 8-27-04 at 11:00 p.m. and 8-28-04 at 3:00 a.m.
Burglary of Motor Vehicle: An unknown device was used to "jam" the lock to the driver's door of a gold 1994 Isuzu Rodeo while it was parked in the lot. A wallet containing various identification cards and a Panasonic AM/FM/CD player stereo system were stolen from the vehicle. Repair cost: $175.00. Loss value: $250.00.
Physical Plant (Gas Station), 1300 Manor
Discovered on 8-29-04 at 1:35 a.m.
Graffiti: A silver permanent marker was used to write words on a metal pole located at the west entrance to the gas station. Removal cost: $75.00.
1800 Red River
Occurred on 8-27-04 at 7:00 p.m.
Public Intoxication: A non-UT subject was found stumbling in the roadway. The subject was found to be under the influence of alcohol to the point he was a physical endangerment to himself.
San Antonio Garage, 2420 San Antonio
Occurred on 8-27-04 2:13 a.m.
Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found sleeping in the northwest corner of level 3. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

Occurred on 8-29-04 at 12:25 a.m.
Driving While Intoxicated / Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor: A UT student, who was under the age of 21, was stopped for running a stop sign while driving a motor vehicle. The student was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was driving while intoxicated. A front seat passenger of the vehicle, who was also a UT student and under the age of 21, was found to have consumed alcoholic beverages.
Student Services Building, 100 West Dean Keeton
Occurred on 8-27-04 between 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Theft: A Schwinn bicycle was stolen while it was secured with a cable lock to a bicycle rack located on the southeast side of the building. Loss value: $200.00.
University Teaching Center, 105 West 21st Street
Occurred on 8-27-04 at 4:50 p.m.
Criminal Trespass / Failure to Identify: A non-UT subject was found sleeping on a couch in an area reserved for faculty, staff and students. The subject initially provided a fictitious name.
200 East 21st Street
Occurred on 8-28-04 at 5:15 a.m.
Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor (2 counts): A UT student, who was under the age of 21, was found getting into a vehicle that was parked in the east bound lane of traffic. The student stated he was "taking care of his friend" who was asleep in the driver's seat of the vehicle. The sleeping passenger was also a UT student who was under the age of 21. Both subjects were found to have consumed alcoholic beverages.
