Disorderly Conduct - Fighting (3 counts): Two UT students and a non-UT subject were found engaged in a physical fight over which school had a better football team.

Claudia Taylor Johnson Hall, 210 West 6th Street

Occurred on 9-4-04 at 4:16 a.m.

Public Intoxication: A non-UT subject was found sleeping on the north side of the building. The subject was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was a physical endangerment ot himself.

Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium, 405 East 23rd Street

Occurred on 9-4-04 at 5:45 a.m.

Possession of Alcohol by a Minor: A non-UT subject, who was under the age of 21, was found by gate 31 while in possession of an alcoholic beverage.

Possession of Alcohol by a Minor: A UT student, who was under the age of 21, was found by gate #1 while in possession of an alcoholic beverage.

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor: A UT student, who was under the age of 21, was found in the east side upper deck after having consumed an alcoholic beverage.

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor / Public Intoxication: A UT student, who was under the age of 21, was found "passed out" in a restroom stall located in an east side upper deck women's restroom. The student was under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point she was a physical endangerment to herself.

Occurred on 9-5-04 at 9:00 p.m.

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor / Public Intoxication / Possession of Alcohol by a Minor / Failure to Identify / Possession of More Than One Valid Driver's License: A UT student, who was under the age of 21, was found stumbling inside the football stadium. The subject initially provided the officer with a fictitious name and date of birth. The subject was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was a physical endangerment to himself. The subject was found to be in possession of a plastic bladder bag containing an alcoholic beverage. The subject was also found to be in possession of more than one valid driver's license.

Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium, 405 East 23rd Street

Occurred on 9-4-04 between 5:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.

Administrative Violations: In addition to the above listed criminal offenses, 51 people who were 21 years of age or older were ejected from the stadium for bringing alcoholic beverages into the stadium during the Texas v North Texas Football game.

Etter-Harbin Alumni Center, 2110 San Jacinto Blvd.

Occurred between 9-2-04 at 6:30 p.m. and 9-3-04 at 8:30 a.m.

Graffiti: A black permanent marker was used to write letters on a white tent panel located on the south side of the building. Removal cost: $50.00.

Frank C. Erwin Special Events Center, 1701 Red River

Occurred on 9-3-04 at 10:40 p.m.

Assault / Public Intoxication / Evading / Resisting Arrest: A non-UT subject pushed a second non-UT subject, who was an acquaintance of the first subject. The first subject trapped the second subject in a corner and refused to allow her to leave. The first subject began to leave the area after he noticed the presence of police officers. The subject refused to stop and had to be physically restrained. The subject continued to physically resist arrest. The subject was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was a physical endangerment to himself and others.

Frank C. Erwin Special Events Center, 1701 Red River

Occurred on 9-3-04 at 8:55 p.m.

Attempted Theft of Service / Public Intoxication: A non-UT subject attempted to enter a concert by pushing past a security point and jumping over a ticket gate. The subject was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was a physical endangerment to himself.

Gregory Gymnasium, 2101 Speedway

Occurred on 9-6-04 at 5:00 p.m.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found in a 4th floor area that is reserved for faculty, staff and students. The subject had previously been issued a written criminal trespass warning.

Hal C. Weaver Power Plant Expansion, 215 East 24th Street

Occurred on 9-4-04 at 8:05 p.m.

Attempted Theft: Three unidentified subjects attempted to steal a golf cart. The subjectS fled on foot after the golf cart became entangled in a traffic control chain that was being used to block a service drive. The subjects were described as white males all wearing UT apparel and appeared intoxicated.

Harry Ransom Center, 300 West 21st Street

Occurred on 9-6-04 at 10:25 p.m.

Public Intoxication / Failure to Identify: A non-UT subject was found on the west side of the building yelling profanities and being "aggressive" toward a police officer. The subject was found to be under the influence of alcohol or other drugs to the point he was a physical endangerment to himself or others. The subject refused to give his name and date of birth.

Beauford H. Jester Center East, 203 East 21st Street

Occurred between 9-3-04 at 6:30 p.m. and 9-4-04 at 12 noon.

Theft: A silver Specialized Rockhopper bicycle was stolen while it was secured with a cable lock to a bicycle rack located on the north side of the building. Loss value: $500.00.

1800 Red River

Occurred on 9-3-04 at 10:25 p.m.

Public Intoxication / Possession of Marijuana: A non-UT subject was found stumbling several times and nearly falling into Red River Street. The subject stated he was looking for his car that was parked at 1st Street and Congress. The subject was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was a physical endangerment to himself. The subject was found to be in possession of a hand rolled marijuana cigarette.

Occurred on 9-4-04 at 9:30 p.m.

Public Intoxication: A non-UT subject was found stumbling while "looking for his car." The subject was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was a physical endangerment to himself.

Public Intoxication: A UT student was found staggering in the roadway. The student was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was a physical endangerment to himself.

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor: A UT student was stopped after removing traffic control cones and throwing them into the air. The student was found to have consumed alcoholic beverages.

Occurred on 9-4-04 at 5:45 p.m.

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor / Public Intoxication: A UT student, who was under the age of 21, was found stumbling near the roadway. The student was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was a physical endangerment to himself.

Occurred between 9-3-04 at 6:00 p.m. and 9-4-04 at 8:30 a.m.

Theft: A metallic gray Specialized Hardrock bicycle was stolen while it was secured with a cable lock to a bicycle rack located on the northeast side of the building. Loss value: $320.00.

San Jacinto Residence Hall, 309 East 21st Street

Occurred between 9-4-04 at 12 noon and 9-6-04 at 12 noon.

Theft: An orange Mongoose bicycle was stolen while it was secured with a cable lock to a bicycle rack located on the south side of the building. Loss value: $150.00.

Occurred between 9-1-04 at 4:00 p.m. and 9-3-04 at 12 noon.

Theft: A blue women's Giant bicycle was stolen while it was secured with a cable lock to a bicycle rack located on the northeast side of the building. Loss value: $200.00.

Student Services Building, 100 West Dean Keeton

Occurred between October 2003 and June 2004.

Misapplication of Fiduciary Property: The treasurer of a student organization used the student group's account to write checks for personal use. Loss value: $679.00.

Union Building, #4 West Mall

Occurred on 9-4-04 at 3:30 p.m.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found in a 3rd floor area that is reserved for faculty, staff and students. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

University Interscholastic League, 1701 Manor

Discovered on 9-6-04 at 1:50 p.m.

Criminal Mischief: Black shoe polish was used to write a word on 4 cement support columns located on the north side of the building. Removal cost: $40.00.

Walter Webb Hall, 2500 Guadalupe

Discovered on 9-6-04 at 1:30 a.m.

Graffiti: Green spray paint and a stencil were used to draw images on the east exterior wall. Removal cost: $75.00.

W.R. Woolrich Laboratories, 210 East 24th Street

Discovered on 9-4-04 at 1:05 a.m.

Criminal Mischief: An aluminum and cable sculpture was removed from the grass lawn on the south side of the building and placed in the roadway. Repair cost is undetermined at this time.

300 West 7th Street

Occurred on 9-5-04 at 1:51 a.m.

Driving Under the Influence by a Minor: A non-UT subject, who was under the age of 21, was stopped for exhibition of acceleration to the point the subject lost control of a 1998 Ford Mustang. The subject was found to have consumed alcoholic beverages.

24th Street and San Jacinto Blvd.

Occurred on 9-4-04 at 7:05 p.m.

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor / Public Intoxication / Possession of More than One Valid Driver's License: A UT student, who was under the age of 21, was found "stumbling into the roadway." The student was under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was a physical endangerment to himself. The student was found to be in possession of more than one valid driver's license.
