Suspicious Activity: An unidentified female was reported screaming and yelling in the area.

Beauford H. Jester Center West, 201 East 21st

Reported on 9-15-04 at 9:31 a.m.

Injured Person: A non-UT subject fell from a ladder while working on pipes in a first floor room.

L. Theo Bellmont Hall, 2109 San Jacinto Blvd.

Occurred on 9-15-04 at 1:51 p.m.

Solicitor: A non-UT subject was reported handing out business cards outside the building near the ticket office during the football ticket draw.

Parking Lot 41, 2200 Red River

Reported on 9-15-04 at 5:45 p.m.

Suspicious Activity: A UT student reported an alarming note was placed on his windshield while his car was parked in the lot.

Parking Lot 104, 1900 North IH-35

Occurred on 9-15-04 at 12:55 p.m.

Burglary of Vehicle / Possession of Marijuana: A UT staff member reported four subjects possibly burglarizing vehicles in the lot. The subjects were stopped by police and found to be in possession of CD players and stereo speakers. One of the subjects was also found to be in possession of five baggies of marijuana. Several vehicles were found broken into. Damage and loss estimated at $1650.00.

Parking Lot 104, 1900 North IH-35

Reported on 9-15-04 at 5:40 p.m.

Theft: A UT student reported seeing a subject removing two tires and two 5-spoke rims from a vehicle parked in the lot. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male late 20's, 5'8", 155 lbs, brown, shaved hair with receding hairline, wearing a gray polo style shirt, dirty blue jeans. Driving a white Ford pickup truck. Loss value $450.00.

Peter T. Flawn Academic Center, #2 West Mall

Occurred on 9-16-04 at 3:20 a.m.

Criminal Trespass Warning: A non-UT subject was found sleeping on two chairs in the first floor of the building. The subject was issued a criminal trespass warning.

Trinity Garage, 1815 Trinity

Criminal Mischief: An exit control arm was damaged at the north exit of the garage. Repair cost: $50.00.

Occurred on 9-16-04 at 2:45 a.m.

Driving While Intoxicated: A UT Police Officer stopped a vehicle driving the wrong way on a one-way street. The driver was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was driving while intoxicated. The passenger was unable to take the vehicle from the scene due to a suspended driver's license. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
