Criminal Mischief: An unidentified subject driving a dark colored vehicle struck the wooden access control arm located on the north side of the garage. Repair cost: $50.00.

Occurred on 9-25-04 at 7:55 p.m.

Consumption Of Alcohol By a Minor (2 Counts): A UT student and a non-UT subject, who were both under the age of 21, were found in section 125. One of the subjects had thrown a plastic water bottle off of the upper deck of the stadium. Both were found to have consumed alcoholic beverages.

Consumption Of Alcohol By a Minor: A UT student, who was under the age of 21, was found at gate 12. The student was found to have consumed an alcoholic beverage.

Consumption Of Alcohol By a Minor / Possession of a Fictitious Driver's License: A UT student, who was under the age of 21, was found passing a UT identification card that did not belong to him to a non-UT subject on the outside of the stadium gates. The student was found to be in possession of a fictitious driver's license that purported him to be over the age of 21. The student was found to have consumed an alcoholic beverage.

Possession of Alcohol by a Minor / Consumption Of Alcohol By a Minor / Possession of More than One Valid Driver's License: A UT student, who was under the age of 21, was found entering the stadium while in possession of a 12 ounce flask containing an alcoholic beverage. The student was also found to have consumed an alcoholic beverage. The student was in possession of two driver's licenses that were issued to other people.

Possession of Alcohol by a Minor: A UT student, who was under the age of 21, was found entering the stadium at gate 32 while in possession of a stainless steel flask that contained an alcoholic beverage.

Possession of a Fictitious Driver's License: A UT student, who was under the age of 21, was stopped at gate 12 for a violation of UT Regents' Rules and Regulations. The student was found to be in possession of a fictitious driver's license that purported the student to be over the age of 21.

Public Intoxication: A UT student was found "passed out" in a grassy area located outside of gate 27. The student was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was a physical endangerment to himself.

Occurred on 9-25-04 at 7:40 p.m.

Public Intoxication: A non-UT subject was found falling down several times while in section 7. The subject was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was a physical endangerment to himself.

Occurred at various times.

Rule Violations: In addition to the above listed criminal offenses, 30 people, who were 21 years of age or older were found to be in possession of alcoholic beverages, 7 people were found passing UT identification cards through the exterior gates of the stadium to non-UT subjects and 2 people were found throwing objects from the upper deck. These rule violators were ejected from the stadium.

Gregory Gymnasium, 2101 Speedway

Occurred on 9-24-04 between 5:00 p.m. and 5:45 p.m.

Theft: A white plastic bag containing a pair of khaki pants, a green and black striped shirt, various keys and an identification card was stolen when it was left in an unsecured locker in a 1st floor locker room. Loss value: $30.00.

Beauford H. Jester Center East, 203 East 21st Street

Occurred on 9-25-04 at 3:10 a.m.

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor: A UT student was found leaning against the south exterior wall of the dormitory. The student was found to have consumed an alcoholic beverage.

Occurred on 9-24-04 at 10:25 p.m.

Robbery: An unidentified Hispanic male subject approached a pizza delivery employee who was delivering two pizzas in an insulated heated bag to the Jester Center East main lobby. The subject "slapped" the heated bag containing the pizzas out of the hands of the delivery person. The subject took the heated bag and fled the area on foot. The subject was described as a Hispanic male in his early 20's, 5'8" tall, 180 pounds wearing a light blue button down shirt. Loss value: $115.00.

Beauford H. Jester Center West, 201 East 21st Street

Occurred on 9-24-04 at 10:20 p.m.

Theft: A black nylon portfolio bag containing a purple day planner, a silver Cingular cellular telephone and various debit and identification cards was stolen when it was left on a picnic table in the exterior sports court located on the north side of Jester Center West. Loss value: $20.00.

Kinsolving Dormitory, 2605 Whitis Avenue

Occurred on 9-25-04 at 1:50 p.m.

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor / Public Intoxication: Two female UT students and a male UT student were observed near a parked vehicle. All three students were under the age of 21. One of the students was exhibiting an extreme involuntary physical reaction to the over consumption of an alcoholic beverage. The three students were stopped attempting to sneak the male student and the ill female student into the dormitory. Both female students were found to have consumed alcoholic beverages. The ill student was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point she was a physical endangerment to herself.

Occurred on 9-25-04 at 2:41 a.m.

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor: A UT student, who was under the age of 21, was found near the main entrance, bent over having an extreme involuntary physical reaction to the over consumption of an alcoholic beverage.

Kinsolving Dormitory, 2605 Whitis Avenue

Occurred on 9-25-04 at 3:57 a.m.

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor (2 counts): Two non-UT subjects, both of whom were under the age of 21, were found on the west side of the dormitory. Both subjects were found to have consumed alcoholic beverages.

Moore-Hill Dormitory, 214 East 21st Street

Occurred between 9-23-04 and 9-26-04 at 2:00 p.m.

Theft: A red and silver PK-7 bicycle was stolen while it was secured with a cable lock to a bicycle rack located on the south side of the dormitory. Loss value: $100.00.

Parking Lot 115, 1600 East 20th Street

Occurred on 9-25-04 between 11:00 a.m. and 12 noon.

Burglary of Motor Vehicle: The right front window was broken out of a red Dodge Daytona while it was parked in the Parking Lot. A Pioneer AM/FM/CD stereo and a compact disc case containing 30 CDs were stolen from the vehicle. Loss value: $340.00.

San Jacinto Residence Hall, 309 East 21st Street

Occurred on 9-26-04 at 10:40 p.m.

Criminal Trespass / Failure to Identify / Places Weapons Prohibited / Resisting Arrest / Evading: A staff member reported a suspicious person using a ground floor restroom to clean himself. The restroom is reserved for dormitory residents and is behind card reader controlled access doors. The subject exited the dormitory as an officer arrived. The staff member pointed the subject out to the police officer. The officer recognized the subject as someone who the officer had previously issued a written criminal trespass warning. The subject initially gave the officer a fictitious name. The subject refused to follow the officer's instructions by holding onto a backpack after repeated commands to set the backpack down. The subject twisted out of the officer's grasp and began to evade by running from the officer. The subject threw the backpack down while running from the officer(s). After taking the subject into custody, it was determined that the backpack contained a disassembled 9 mm handgun.

Occurred between 9-24-04 at 11:30 p.m. and 9-25-04 at 11:15 a.m.

Criminal Mischief: An unidentified subject broke a three and one-half inch by three and one-half inch plastic cover to a fire alarm pull station. Repair cost: $2.00.

Occurred on 9-25-04 at 8:45 p.m.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found selling bottled water, a violation of UT Regents' Rules and Regulations concerning solicitation. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

Simkins Hall Dormitory, 2501 San Jacinto Blvd.

Occurred between 9-22-04 and 9-23-04 at 9:15 a.m.

Theft: A silver, black and red Trek bicycle was stolen while it was secured with a chain lock to a bicycle rack located on the west side of the dormitory. Loss value: $250.00.

Speedway Garage, 105 East 27th Street

Occurred on 9-25-04 at 4:45 p.m.

Theft of Service: A silver 19999 Honda Accord entered the parking garage through the level 2 exit gate in an attempt to avoid paying for the $7.00 event parking fee. Loss value: $7.00.

1900 Speedway

Occurred on 9-25-04 at 5:05 a.m.

Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol by a Minor: A UT student, who was under the age of 21, was found sitting in a blue BMW with its engine running in the middle of the Jester Circle and Speedway intersection. The student was found to have consumed an alcoholic beverage.

1800 Trinity

Occurred on 9-26-04 at 1:26 a.m.

Public Intoxication: A UT student was found asleep behind the wheel of a gray 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe. The student was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was a physical endangerment to himself.

200 West 21st Street

Occurred on 9-25-04 at 7:50 p.m.

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor / Public Intoxication: A UT student, who was under the age of 21, was reported as throwing objects at passing bicyclists and motor vehicles. The student was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was a physical endangerment to himself and others.

200 West 22nd Street

Occurred on 9-25-04 at 6:30 p.m.

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor: Two UT students, one of whom was under the age of 21, were found walking near the roadway. The student who was under the age of 21 had difficulty standing and walking. That student was found to have consumed alcoholic beverages.
