Occurred on 9-28-04 between 10:00 a.m. and 10:45 a.m.
Theft: A green, unknown brand bicycle was stolen while it was secured with a cable lock to a bicycle rack located on the west side of the building. Loss value: $100.00.
Beauford H. Jester Center West, 201 East 21st Street
Occurred on 9-28-04 between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Criminal Mischief: An unidentified subject affixed stickers on 12 different posters that were for sale inside the 1st floor Jester Poster Store. The manager observed a subject looking at the posters and "looking over her shoulder as if she were doing something to the posters." The subject was described as a white female, 5'10" tall, approximately 150 pounds, with short "spikey" hair, a bright tattoo of a flower on her right arm and wearing a dark colored tank top shirt. Loss value: $120.00.
Parking Lot 115, 1600 East 20th Street
Occurred on 9-28-04 at 8:45 p.m.
Public Intoxication: A non-UT subject was found "staggering and stumbling" in the Parking Lot. The subject continued to stagger down the middle of East 20th street. The subject was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was a physical endangerment to himself.
San Antonio Garage, 2420 San Antonio
Occurred on 9-28-04 at 6:15 p.m.
Possession of Marijuana / Possession of Drug Paraphernalia: A UT police officer observed a non-UT subject hand roll a cigarette then hide it under a rock while on the south side of the garage. The hand rolled cigarette contained marijuana.
Simkins Hall Dormitory, 2501 San Jacinto Blvd.
Occurred on 9-28-04 between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
Theft: A pair of "shiny" black and red Nike Air Jordan tennis shoes was stolen when they were left in an unsecured 1st floor hallway. The left shoe has a white scratch on the heel of the shoe. Loss value: $50.00.

Occurred on 9-29-04 at 3:00 a.m.
Public Intoxication: A non-UT subject was found "staggering" toward the access road to IH-35. The subject was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was a physical endangerment to himself.
