Occurred on 10-6-04 between 7:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.

Theft: A silver Canon Powershot 80 digital camera was stolen when it was left in a 1st floor classroom. Loss value: $400.00.

2300 Inner Campus Drive

Occurred on 10-6-04 at 6:30 p.m.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found asking pedestrians for money in violation of UT Regents' Rules and Regulations regarding solicitation. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

Beauford H. Jester Center West, 201 East 21st Street

Occurred on 10-5-04 between 12:41 p.m. and 12:47 p.m.

Harassment: A non-UT subject, who had been involved in an automobile accident with a 1st floor dormitory resident, placed several unwanted and threatening telephone calls to the resident's cellular telephone. The subject was concerned his insurance would discover he was at fault in the collision as a result of his being intoxicated.

Beauford H. Jester Center West, 201 East 21st Street

Occurred on 10-7-04 at 1:50 a.m.

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor: A dormitory resident assistant reported a UT student, who was under the age of 21, was yelling loudly in a ground floor hallway. The student was found to have consumed alcoholic beverages at a nearby party.

Reported on 10-6-04 at 10:50 p.m.

Graffiti: An unknown object was used to etch words, names and symbols into several elevator doors. Repair cost: $150.00.

South Mall

Occurred on 10-6-04 at 9:30 p.m.

Public Intoxication (substance)/ Assist Outside Agency / Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject with a small pocketknife was reported as being on the South Mall. UT police officers approached the subject who stated he had smoked marijuana and had come to the Texas vs. OU rally to perform a "ritual" by cutting himself in view of a large crowd. The subject advised he was unable to cut himself because his knife was "too dull." The subject was found to have an outstanding outside agency arrest warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia and an outstanding outside agency arrest warrant for assault. In addition to other law enforcement action taken, the subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

2500 University Avenue

Occurred on 10-7-04 at 8:45 p.m.

Leaving the Scene Collision: A witness reported witnessing a non-UT subject driving a black Toyota RAV strike a parked unmarked UT Police vehicle. The subject exited the Toyota RAV to survey the damage then left the scene without leaving notice on the struck police vehicle. Repair cost: $200.00.

University Teaching Center, 105 West 21st Street

Discovered on 10-7-04 at 5:30 a.m.

Graffiti: Black spray paint was used to write a word on the north exterior wall. Removal cost: $50.00.
