Occurred between 11-5-04 at 5:00 p.m. and 11-8-04 at 7:15 a.m.

Graffiti: White and blue paint were used to write words on an exterior window and a private mail service drop box. Removal cost: $40.00.

Gregory Gymnasium, 2101 Speedway

Occurred on 11-8-04 at 12:22 p.m.

Criminal Trespass / Assist Outside Agency: A non-UT subject was found soliciting signatures on the west side of the building. The subject was found to have an outstanding outside agency arrest warrant for a traffic violation. In addition to other law enforcement action taken, the subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

Parking Lot 104, 1900 North IH-35

Occurred on 11-9-04 at 2:15 a.m.

Assist Outside Agency: A non-UT subject and a UT student were found in a white Mitsubishi 4-door while it was parked in the southeast corner of the Parking Lot. The non-UT subject was found to have an outstanding outside agency arrest warrant for a traffic violation.

Parking Lot 108, 1500 Red River

Occurred on 11-8-04 at 2:30 p.m.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found raising her shirt in an effort to draw the attention of performers entering the Frank C. Erwin Special Events Center for a wrestling event. Several performers complained the subject had been harassing them. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

Noncriminal Calls: In addition to the above criminal cases, UTPD responded to 15 alarm calls, 1 collision report, 3 public assist calls, 2 suspicious activity calls, 2 found property reports, 1 medical emergency call and 2 unsecured door reports between 11-08-04 and 11-09-04.
