Frank C. Erwin Special Events Center, 1701 Red River

Occurred on 11-12-04 at 10:40 p.m.

Public Intoxication: A non-UT subject was found staggering outside of section 21 during a concert. The subject was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was a physical endangerment to himself.

Occurred on 11-12-04 at 10:15 p.m.

Public Intoxication: A non-UT subject was found "passed out" in section 49 during a concert. The subject was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was a physical endangerment to himself.

Frank C. Erwin Special Events Center, 1701 Red River

Occurred on 11-12-04 at 10:00 p.m.

Public Intoxication: A UT student was found exposing her upper torso to concert patrons in section 46. The student had difficulty with her balance. The student was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point she was a physical endangerment to herself.

Occurred on 11-12-04 at 7:30 p.m.

Public Intoxication: A non-UT subject was found staggering outside of section 23. When the subject saw a police officer, he reversed his direction and nearly fell backwards. The subject was found to have committed a bodily function down the front side of his pants. The subject was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was a physical endangerment to himself.

Frank C. Erwin Special Events Center, 1701 Red River

Occurred on 11-12-04 at 8:48 p.m.

Assault: A non-UT subject and another concert patron began to argue about a seating issue, as the non-UT subject was upset that the patron was obstructing the subject's view of the concert by standing. The non-UT subject began to strike the other patron with a closed fist.

Occurred at various times.

Administrative Ejections: In addition to the above listed criminal cases, one non-UT subject was ejected from the concert for throwing items on the stage, one non-UT subject was ejected from the concert after running onto the stage and one non-UT subject was ejected after a seating dispute with an usher.

Beauford H. Jester Center East, 203 East 21st Street

Occurred on 11-14-04 at 12:45 a.m.

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor: A UT student, who was under the age of 21, was found in a 6th floor room after exhibiting an extreme involuntary physical reaction to the over consumption of an alcoholic beverage.

Beauford H. Jester Center West, 210 East 21st Street

Occurred between 11-8-04 at 6:30 p.m. and 11-13-04 at 2:00 p.m.

Theft: A gray Schwinn Ranger bicycle was stolen when it was secured with a cable lock to a bicycle rack located in the Jester Center Courtyard. Loss value: $200.00.

Littlefield Dormitory, 201 West Dean Keeton

Occurred between 11-11-04 at 4:30 p.m. and 11-12-04 at 9:15 a.m.

Theft: A blue Roadmaster bicycle was stolen while it was secured with a chain lock to a bicycle rack located on the northeast side of the building. Loss value: $100.00.

Townes Hall, 727 East Dean Keeton

Occurred on 11-12-04 at 11:52 p.m.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found sleeping on a couch in an unsecured 2nd floor lounge after the building had been closed. The subject had previously been issued a written criminal trespass warning.

Occurred at various times.

Noncriminal Calls: In addition to the above criminal cases, UTPD responded to 22 alarm calls, 3 suspicious activity calls, 3 medical emergency calls, 29 unsecured door reports, 9 public assist reports and 4 collision reports between 11-12-04 and 11-15-04.
