Occurred on 11-26-04 at 6:18 p.m.

Public Intoxication: A UT student, who was under the age of 21, was found having difficulty standing or walking. The student knew he was near the football stadium, but did not know where he was. The student did not know the date or time of day. The student was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was a physical endangerment to himself.

Public Intoxication: A non-UT subject was found in section 25 while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was a physical endangerment to himself.

Public Intoxication: A non-UT subject was found in section 32 while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was a physical endangerment to himself.

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor: A UT student, who was under the age of 21, was found throwing objects on other patrons in section 21. The student was found to have consumed alcoholic beverages.

Possession of Alcohol by a Minor: A non-UT subject, who was under the age of 21, was found entering gate 32 while in possession of a flask containing an alcoholic beverage.

Possession of Alcohol by a Minor: A UT student, who was under the age of 21, was found by gate 25 while in possession of a bottle containing an alcoholic beverage.

Possession of Alcohol by a Minor: A non-UT subject, who was under the age of 21, was found entering the stadium at gate 32 while in possession of a plastic cup containing an alcoholic beverage.

Occurred on 11-26-04 at 2:40 p.m.

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor / Minor in Possession of Alcohol: Two non-UT subjects, who were both under the age of 21, were found entering the stadium at gate 32. One of the subjects was in possession of two bottles containing an alcoholic beverage. The other subject was found to have consumed an alcoholic beverage.

Occurred on 11-26-04 at 3:00 p.m.

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia: A non-UT subject was engaged in an argument with an event staff employee who had stopped the subject at gate 25 for attempting to enter the stadium with a student ticket. The subject was found to be in possession of a small glass pipe containing burned marijuana residue.

Possession of Alcohol by a Minor: A non-UT subject, who was under the age of 21, was found entering the stadium at gate 32 while in possession of a plastic flask containing an alcoholic beverage.

Occurred on 11-26-04 at 3:00 p.m.

Criminal Trespass: A UT student was detained for causing a disturbance when attempting to enter the stadium through an entry gate located on the north side of the stadium. The subject ignored two police officers' orders to leave the stadium and attempted to push his way through the officers in an effort to enter the stadium.

Public Intoxication: A non-UT subject was found causing a disturbance inside a men's restroom by gate 14. The subject was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was a physical endangerment to himself.

Public Intoxication: A non-UT subject was found in section 14 while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was a physical endangerment to himself.

Occurred on 11-26-04 at 5:05 p.m.

Assist Outside Agency: A non-UT subject, who had an outstanding outside agency arrest warrant for Misapplication of Fiduciary Property, was found entering the stadium.

Administrative Ejections: In addition to the above criminal cases, police officers ejected 50 people who were over the age of 21 for possession of alcohol, 35 people for passing UT identification cards through the fencing in an attempt to allow non-students into the game with a student ticket, 1 person for smoking inside the stadium and 1 person for throwing objects inside the stadium during the Texas vs. Texas A&M football game.

Experimental Science Building, 100 East 24th Street

Occurred between 11-24-04 at 6:00 p.m. and 11-27-04 at 4:15 p.m.

Theft: An 8" by 10" corkboard with white plastic trim was stolen from the exterior side of a 2nd floor office door. Loss value: $8.00.

2400 Guadalupe

Occurred on 11-26-04 at 3:00 a.m.

Driving While Intoxicated: A UT student was stopped for speeding (60+ MPH) while driving a 1993 Honda 4-door. The student was found to be under the influence of alcohol to the point he was driving while intoxicated.

200 East Jester Circle

Occurred on 11-26-04 at 4:18 p.m.

Assist Outside Agency: A UT student was found sitting on the curb, swaying back and forth. The student stated he had had a few drinks. The student was found to have an outstanding outside agency arrest warrant for failure to appear in court.

Kinsolving Dormitory, 2605 Whitis Avenue

Occurred on 11-27-04 at 7:55 p.m.

Public Intoxication: A UT student, who did not live in the dormitory, followed a resident through a card reader controlled door. When the student was confronted, he stated he was looking for a university employee and began to yell obscenities at the female resident. The student left the dormitory when the resident threatened to call the police. The subject was found hiding behind a nearby trash dumpster. The student was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was a physical endangerment to himself.

Moore-Hill Dormitory, 214 East 21st Street

Occurred on 11-25-04 at 12:45 a.m.

Possession of Alcohol by a Minor (2 counts) / Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor / Assist Outside Agency: While investigating a report of an odor of marijuana, police officers found one UT student and three non-UT subjects inside a third floor dormitory room. All four of the subjects were under the age of 21. Two of the subjects were found to be in possession of several cans of beer. One of the four subjects was found to have consumed alcoholic beverages. One of the non-UT subjects was found to have an outstanding outside agency arrest warrant for assault with bodily injury. The subjects stated they had already smoked their marijuana.

Parking Lot 39, 2300 Red River

Occurred on 11-28-04 at 3:42 a.m.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found sleeping inside a red 1991 Isuzu Trooper while it was parked across two parking spaces inside the Parking Lot. The vehicle did not belong to the subject. The subject entered the vehicle by reaching into the vehicle through a previously broken out vent window and unlocking the door. The subject placed the vehicle in neutral and rolled the vehicle out of its parking space and allowed it to roll down an incline before the subject stopped the vehicle and fell asleep.

Parking Lot 99, 2000 Red River

Occurred on 11-26-04 between 2:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.

Criminal Mischief: A black marker was used to mark out the word "bleed" on a 6' by 3' banner that claimed "We bleed burnt orange." The word "pee-ed" was written above the marked out word. Repair cost: $150.00.

Parking Lot 104, 1900 Block of North IH-35

Occurred on 11-29-04 between 1:15 a.m. and 3:15 a.m.

Burglary of Motor Vehicle: The left rear opera window was broken out of a white 1997 Ford Explorer Sport while it was parked in the Parking Lot. A Kicker 600 watt amplifier and a subwoofer box containing two 12" Kicker subwoofers were stolen from the vehicle. Loss value: $275.00. Repair cost: $100.00.

Parking Lot 114, Leona Street and 21st Street

Occurred on 11-26-04 at 7:40 p.m.

Theft: A non-UT subject walked around the Parking Lot opening plastic coolers and pulling on vehicle door handles. The subject opened one plastic cooler and stole a can of beer from the cooler before the owner of the cooler told the subject to leave the area. Loss value: $2.00.

Peter T. Flawn Academic Center, #2 West Mall

Occurred between 11-24-04 at 10:00 p.m. and 11-26-04 at 3:15 p.m.

Graffiti: A black marker was used to write words on a paper dispenser located in a 1st floor men's restroom. Repair cost: $35.00.

Prather Hall Dormitory, 305 East 21st Street

Occurred between 11-23-04 at 1:30 p.m. and 11-28-04 at 10:00 p.m.

Criminal Mischief: An unidentified subject expelled a bodily fluid into a jewelry box located inside a 2nd floor desk drawer while the owner was out of town. Damage estimate: $50.00.

2100 San Antonio Street

Occurred on 11-26-04 at 2:45 p.m.

Evading Arrest / Possession of More than One Valid Driver's License: A UT police officer attempted to stop a UT student in order to investigate a possession of marijuana case after the student threw a hand rolled cigarette down and began to flee on foot. After a lengthy foot pursuit by three police officers, the subject was found to be in possession of a Texas driver's license that was not issued to him.

San Antonio Garage, 2420 San Antonio

Occurred between 11-24-04 at 7:30 a.m. and 11-25-04 at 9:00 p.m.

Criminal Mischief: An unknown subject broke the rear window out of a black 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe while it was parked on the ground floor of the garage. A shoe print was found on the vehicle's rear door, just below the broken out window. Nothing was stolen from the vehicle. Repair cost: $200.00.

1900 San Jacinto Blvd.

Occurred on 11-26-04 at 4:00 p.m.

Public Intoxication: A non-UT subject was found lying on his back in the middle of the sidewalk. The subject had difficulty sitting up. The subject was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was a physical endangerment to himself.

2000 San Jacinto Blvd.

Occurred between 11-26-04 at 9:50 p.m. and 11-27-04 at 3:55 p.m.

Theft / Criminal Mischief: The left side mirror was stolen from a black 2000 Chevrolet Blazer 4-door while it was parked on the west curb line. The right side mirror was damaged when an unknown device was used in an attempt to pry the mirror from the vehicle. Repair cost: $200.00.

Walter Webb Hall, 2500 Guadalupe

Occurred on 11-28-04 at 9:15 p.m.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found leaning against the east wall while playing a flute for tips, which is a violation of UT Regents' Rules and Regulations regarding solicitation. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

Noncriminal Calls: In addition to the above criminal cases, UTPD responded to 27 alarm calls, 6 suspicious activity calls, 12 public assist calls, 32 unsecured door reports, 2 EMS calls and 4 collision reports between 11-24-04 and 11-29-04.
