Occurred on 11-23-04 between 1:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Theft: A silver Motorola pager was stolen from a 1st floor office. Loss value: $50.00.
Jesse H. Jones Communication Center, 2504 Whitis Avenue
Occurred on 12-01-04 at 6:00 p.m.
Warrant Service: A non-UT subject, who had three outstanding UTPD arrest warrants for public intoxication, was found loitering near the southwest corner of Building A.
Parking Lot F-11
Occurred on 12-1-04 at 10:40 p.m.
Criminal Mischief: A UT staff member damaged a vehicle wheel immobilizer that had been affixed to the left front tire of the staff member's Honda Civic 2-door when the staff member drove out of the Parking Lot with the wheel immobilizer still attached to the wheel. Repair cost: $275.00.
Parking Lot 103, 2100 Comal Street
Occurred between 11-21-04 at 2:00 p.m. and 11-23-04 at 3:30 p.m.
Burglary of Motor Vehicle: An unknown brand AM/FM/CD stereo system, a black and orange compact disc case containing 25 compact discs and a black and red flashlight were stolen from an unsecured 1993 Ford Probe. Loss value: $225.00.
Parking Lot 115, 1600 East 20th Street
Occurred between 11-23-04 and 12-1-04 at 2:00 a.m.
Burglary of Motor Vehicle: The right front window was forced down on a maroon 1992 Jeep Cherokee. The steering column and stereo console were damaged. The vehicle will no longer start. A compact disc "wallet" containing one compact disc was stolen from the vehicle. Loss value: $4.00. Repair cost: $350.00.
Peter T. Flawn Academic Center, #2 West Mall
Occurred on 12-1-04 at 7:55 p.m.
Fictitious Driver's License: A red wallet containing cash, various credit cards, a valid Texas Driver's License and a fictitious Texas driver's license was left on a copier. The wallet was turned over to a library staff member.
2600 Speedway
Discovered on 12-2-04 at 1:00 a.m.
Graffiti: White paint was used to write words on an electrical utility box located on the east side of the street. Removal cost: $35.00.
Union Building, #4 West Mall
Occurred on 12-2-04 at 12:40 p.m.
Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found sleeping in a chair in a 3rd floor lounge area reserved for faculty, staff and students. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

Occurred at various times.
Noncriminal Calls: In addition to the above criminal cases, UTPD responded to 14 alarm calls, 2 unsecured door reports, 1 found property, 1 safety hazard (gasoline leaking from a vehicle) and 3 suspicious accident reports between 12-01-04 and 12-02-04.
