Criminal Mischief: An unknown device was used to pry open a metal cover to a pipe chase located inside a 1st floor men's restroom. Repair cost: $50.00.

25th Street and Guadalupe, (paid Parking Lot)

Occurred on 12-20-04 at 4:15 p.m.

Assist Outside Agency: A UT police officer observed a non-UT subject talking to people in the paid Parking Lot. The subject does not work for the company that manages the lot. The subject was known to the officer as someone who scams people by collecting fees to park in the unattended lot. The subject was found to have an outstanding outside agency arrest warrant for a parole violation.

Noncriminal Calls: In addition to the above criminal cases, UTPD responded to 7 alarm calls, 5 unsecured door reports, 1 public assist call and 4 suspicious activity reports between 12-20-04 and 12-21-04.
