Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found sleeping by the northwest corner of the building. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.
Battle Hall, #1 West Mall
Discovered on 12-21-04 at 7:30 p.m.
Graffiti: Black and red indelible markers were used to write words and draw images on two marble walls inside a 1st floor men's restroom. Removal cost: $50.00.
Microelectronics and Computer Technology Corporation Building (MCC), 3925 West Braker Lane
Occurred on 12-22-04 at 1:30 a.m.
Public Intoxication: A non-UT subject was found staggering in the roadway. The subject was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point she was a physical endangerment to herself and others.
Printing and Press Building, 2100 Comal Street
Occurred on 12-21-04 between 12 noon and 1:10 p.m.
Theft: A billfold was stolen from a purse that was left next to a desk in an unsecured 1st floor office while the owner attended a lunchtime holiday office party. The wallet was later found in a women's restroom. $15.00 cash was stolen from the wallet. Loss value: $15.00.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found sleeping on the steps to the east main entrance to the building. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

Noncriminal Calls: In addition to the above criminal cases, UTPD responded to 10 alarm calls, 8 unsecured door reports, 1 public assist call, 1 safety hazard call (gasoline leak) and 4 suspicious activity reports between 12-21-04 and 12-22-04.
