Occurred on 1-19-05 at 9:15 p.m.

Possession of Marijuana / Possession of Drug Paraphernalia: A UT student was found near his ground floor dormitory room while in possession of a plastic bag containing a small amount of marijuana. A modified plastic soft drink bottle was found in the dormitory room's trash can. The modified bottle had been used to inhale smoke from burning marijuana.

Peter T. Flawn Academic Center, #2 West Mall

Occurred on 1-19-05 at 6:50 p.m.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found asking people for money in violation of UT Regents' Rules and Regulations regarding solicitation on campus. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

Walter Webb Hall, 2500 Guadalupe

Discovered on 1-20-05 at 12:30 a.m.

Criminal Mischief: A white "waxy material" was used to write a word on the east exterior wall of the building. Removal cost: $30.00.

Noncriminal Calls: In addition to the above criminal cases, UTPD responded to 10 alarm calls, 10 unsecured door reports, 1 welfare concern call, 1 medical emergency call, 4 public assist calls and 2 suspicious activity reports between 1-19-05 and 1-20-05.
